I ordered a pair of shoes. I found its size a little big so I immediately processed for an exchange. My courier arrived around 17th August but they still haven't given me the store credit or gift card. Whenever I send a message, I get only one reply that it will be received in 2-3 days. But today it has been 4 months and still nothing has been found. There is no number to talk to. I think this is a fraud company.

please look into this matter urgetly

The product is very diff from the expected size & quality. It is way below the expected quality. The workmanship is not good. As soon I received the product, within 15 mins, I filed for a refund with all the relevant details. I also got a refund acknowledgment mail from the company.

However, the refund policy says the money that is supposed to be refunded will be put in their store wallet and will be used against the future orders.

This way, they are forcing me to order other products from the same company. I do NOT like their products / quality / workmanship. But, they are cheating by forcing me to order other products from them.

Please look into this

I Purchase one brown colored shoe online thru the above mention sight
( attitudist) and paid Rs.1499 thru upi yes bank, and now the problem is
iam not yet receive the item till today, it is 03/10/22, but their claiming is
the item is delivered on 21/10/22 at 12.pm.Tracking id[protected]
thru(amazon trans port services)attitude's provide a customer
number ( [protected]) nobody pick the number and send messages no
reply. I contacted the( ats) people but their also not responding.
iam requesting you to kindly look in the matter and do the needful.

I ordered my Formal Leather shoes size # 8 in September 2022.
Order number was 237915.
I received my order on the 16th October after paid Rs. 740 in cash but the Shoe size was loose. so I put my Exchange request the same day on their website for size 7.
but still today nobody has come to get the parcel to exchange.
I cannot call anybody in Attitudist because nobody is picking my phone.
it is a very very poor service they provided.
there is no customer care after delivered the product.

I need my money back.

I have ordered a pair of shoes on 7/9/22 and already paid for it in advance. My order ID is 213566. Now on 18th sept I got a what'sapp msg from their shipping partner SHIPROCKET that your packet couldnot be delivered as delivery has been refused, pl reschedule the delivery. I rescheduled it though I had not refused the delivery. On 19th I tried to contact Attitudist on their customer care number but is getting disconnected showing reason that your mobile no has not been registerd. And I got a what'sapp message from them that your area is not serviceable and hence your goods has not been delivered. Pl re-order. I am not able to understand that my area is not serviceable than how they can deliver after re-ordering the same item. I requested them to cancel but there is no response from them.
