Hi!

This to bring to your kind notice which is very unkind by the way that your service is the worst and you guys are cheating the customer like anything and everything. I ordered a pack of three kurtas from your Aurelia Brand for someone's birthday, the order number for the same is [protected]. Your service is really pathetic big time.

This order has been booked on 16th of september 2011 and as per your customer care agents its supposed to take 5 working days, its come and gone and I have not received the product yet, its 28th of September now. You people have no respect for customer, The amound of mental trauma and time wastage it has caused me because of your bad service is something I cannot put down here.

I trusted your brand and this is what i got in return.
