I bought so many products. I faced no issues but last few orders disappointed and littrely harassed me. Again I faced harassment. I ordered hisense A6GE 50 inch tv and when I was ordering the product, it was showing that I will get 2 years comprehensive hisense warranty

About to come and a delivery agent was assigned named Amit with phone number [protected]. When I said to deliver my parcel and my home he refused to come to my home and asked me to come to him 150 m far from my house. He told me to send someone from my home to recieve parcel .

We have order LUMINOUS Zelio+1100 Pure Sine Wave Inverter with RC 18000ST 150Ah Battery & Trolley Tubular Inverter Battery on 10/06/2022. They have earlier shown a delivery date of 18/06/22, after which continuously postponing till date. Order is showing shipped since 11th June still order is undelivered. Also, their helpline is good and canceled my order and refund my amount.

From last one week we are facing issue with delivery in Hyderabad IT hub area in Gachibowli, this is shocking since Amazon and others deliver with very short time . Please look into it, I am sure lot of customers are unhappy about it .

Bluetooth speaker But a stain mark on Bluetooth speaker, So i file a replacement order. But My replace product not delivered me, and in website it's showing delivered, I again raised a complaint on 1 aug 2022. Till now I didn't get any type of solution, today my return has been approved and they refund my amount

Respected sir/madam i have purchased a Apple AirPods Pro from this website on[protected] for Rs:13500/- and i have received defective product on[protected] without warranty. So I wanted to cancel my order and return the product and return my payment to my original payment method
So please resolve my problem as early as possible

Order a Apple Airpod 2 from the site and got a knock-off item from the seller. Due to the unfamiliar site. I contacted the number provided and confirmed that it is an orginal product with one year warranty. But got the knock-off. By i got that the seller is clearly cheating.

I'm unable to change my old number because the opt is send on my old number and that number is closed then there is no other way of my old number to new number Please help

I ordered a product and it does not look good and wanted to return it. Return order was placed and on the pickup date non called me nor anybody picked up my product. Also there was a free product along with the order which we did not received and company show that also delivered. now today pickup boy has come and taken the product

To my surprise websiite had taken off the order cancellation option from the order. I further reached out to their customer service to get the order cancelled but I have not heard back from them till now.

It is quite surprising as the order was not even packaged or shipped. Any major ethical e-commerce player allows order cancellations before shipping.

However it seems [protected] is lacking heavily there and forcing products on the customers.

Please help me with the issue

.The product was supposed to be shipped by 22 june but the status is not yet updated on 23 june

I had ordered from website. I had ordered a orient cooler and headphones on 07th June with Order ID OD[protected] and I paid Rupees 15048/ by my sbi credit card;but I had to cancelled it because of issues with the delivery date. As stated by flipkart refund policy, I was supposed to receive the refund within 7-8 days ofcancelation, but the refund is recived after 10 days

The seller cancelled my order and refund my amount without informing me i juts have checked my order

I have purchased Bose headphone from this website but they sent duplicate one, and don't have mechanism to return product. Also no one responding feon customer care email.

Awstro - Big Fraudsters!!

I ordered Samsung earphones and paid the money through their online portal on 31st Jan 2022, assuring the product will be delivered in 3-4 business days. However, even after 3 weeks, these fraudsters, haven't delivered the product nor have they refunded the money.

Even after repeated calls to their customer service and writing emails, it reaches only their deaf ears and no proper response nor action. They don't pick up calls and emails have no responses too.

In fact, I've noticed lot many people have been affected by these fraudsters and only wish these unethical people are behind bars and their businesses/shops are closed down ASAP.

I bought a JBL speaker from this site but even after 2 months they dint delivered my order. When i called for refund they stoped picking my calls.

As I have still not received Airpods and it is past the agreed time, I believe you’re in breach of contract. I made it known to you that it was essential that airpod be delivered to me by 30/11/2021

They took 5000 from me and did not deliver me my product. It has been a

I have placed an order for Bose SoundSport Wireless Earphones on 25th October 2021 amounting Rs. 5399. Order reference number UOMUEWHMH. I have received the payment confirmation from Razorpay. I tried to get the update on the order status by writing to the support but to no response. I called their phone support as well many a times but no response either. How do I get the refund?
