Bandra Pf Office Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir,
I had sent my physical documents (Composite form and proof) to bandra epf office on dated 11th december 2019 to withdraw my pf amount. Courier is delivered on the next day 12th december 2019.
From the day i have continuously call to bandra office but nobody received my call.
And hence i had sent to mail to the register e-mail id but i have not received any revert from them.
I have tried the bandra pf office numbers several times but in vain. Nobody picks up the call.
I am very irritated and hence now i am registered the complaint against to bandra pf office.

Hi team,

I have submitted all the required documents on 4th oct 17 and till now there is no response from the bandra pf office.

I have provided acknowledgement for the reference which states that all documents has been delivered to bandra pf office on 6th oct 17 only.

Could you please take some necessary actions and help me to resolve my issue.

Customs has given the contract to CMC LTD, CMC house, Bandra kurla complex Bandra (E) Mumbai-51.And CMC has given sub-contract to Efficient Data Process in the year 1997, the sub contractor changed the name of the company from 1st April 2004 as I-force -Add 231-N-II meg dammonar Dr.S.S.RAO road Lalbaug Mumbai 400012 The contractor use to give the letter to CMC every month that he has taken care such as PF, ESIC, P.T, I.T, with respect of personnel engaged at Sahar Customs.We haven Enclosed here with the copy of letter .Till today we haven not received any dues PF, Gratuity from our company or CMC Ltd. We have also enclosed herewith copy of the letter which we had sent to Mr.Rashmin M.Shah the owner and the sole director of the said company . My self Shoeb Shaikh. I was working with Allied Digital Services Ltd. I had submitted my PF Withdrawl form to Allied on[protected]. When I am checking the status online it said that my claim has been rejected. The below information received on claim status page. STATUS for Member ID: MHBAN[protected] Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.Reason of rejection: The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO BANDRAMUMBAI-I for further details * * Data available since last six months. * ** * BANDRAMUMBAI-I data availaible from[protected]. I am Jaidev, worked for Kotak DIRECT.

My PF withdrawal form has been submitted to PF office on 29/04/2011.

Pf A/c No. is MH/45187/18814 & Pf Office is Bandra, Mumbai.

I have initiated/requsted for my PF transfer from Accenture Serviced Ltd to Sierra Atlantic Software Servcies Ltd. I have got the acknowledgement slip from my previous employer,(Accenture) mentioned that it was submitted on 1/Feb/2011. Now It has been over 1YEAR and 3 MONTHS my PF is not yet transferred to new Account. Attached acknowledgement slip

Status Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number AGAINST Old Member Account No (MHBAN[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process.

Also I have tried so many times to make call on PF office but no response from there side, even they not picking up.
Also registered my compalint to PF grievness cell twice(ROBND/E/2011/13648,ROBND/E/2012/08747) but no details of the PF transfer status as of now.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me to know the status of my PF transfer

Hi I am Vinay Kumar

Since i have left my previous company called Integrated property Management and Services Ltd in the Month of Dec - 2010 at Mumbai Bandra PF office and my PF applications has been submitted by my previous employer on Feb - 2011
PF No is MH BAN 37363 -D/ 913 and till date i have not received my PF settlement
since its already 6 months if call the PF office i don't get any details regarding this most of the time phone's will be busy.
I would request somebody could help me to know my PF status.
