Britannia Milk Bikis Complaints & Reviews

There are less pieces we have bought in near by grocery shop, we bought 2 packs one pack contains only 10buiscuits, another pack contains 11 biscuits only but the normally they should give 12 pieces what is this ..there are so many frauds...

I bought almost 60 Packets (Rs. 10 each) in past 3 months and i found u baked biscuits in almost all packets.
These biscuits even not dissolving when we dip it in milk.

It will lead to stomach related issues if you are keep on giving these bad quality biscuits....

The biscuits are over cooked and they look in black color...

Package is super bisçet rat 🐁 damaged same bisçet backing...

New edition of milky bikis biscuit is very worst. It's too hard and over sweet. Feel it's unbacked. Please changing it. Need past 1 year product....

I was eating milk bikis milky sandwich and i bit on a piece of sharp plastic/fibre. This is so unhygienic and dangerous. Very disappointed. Don’t think i’ll purchase this product anymore....

Hi. I had just bought a milk bikis milky sandwich biscuits and while eating one of the biscuits, i felt something sharp after the second bite of the biscuit and i found a small but sharp plastic or fibre plastic object inside. This would have caused injuries if i would have consumed it. I've been a regular buyer of your biscuits for years and years and this is the first time i've had a problem. I'm very disappointed and mad at this....

The biscuit seems not fully baked.
I have been a loyal milk bikis customer since childhood. This is not how it usually was. The taste and quality seems to be different in each packet.
It is not baked fully. The dough colour is retained as such, has not turned brown as it normally would earlier. Few packets are fine whereas few packets are not coooked properly. Please find attached, the photo of the not properly baked biscuit....

The taste and the quality of the product varies day by day.now a days it is more worst than tiger biscuit.I don't know whether its a fake product of Britannia or the quality assistance not care about the consumers...and even taste varies in 10rs pack and 20rs pack . sometimes its like over cooked, like dark brownish in colour. Please ensure the quality before it reaches the consumers because mainly kids gonna eat....

I recently bought Britannia Milk Bikis, It gives some Cockroach smell.....

Main important thing is the MFG date is clearly seen that it is MODIFIED, MODIFIED....

we are regular consumer of varied britannia product. as our routine we bought a packet of milk bikis from our local vendor on 21/11/11.. when i opened up the biscuit i found a dead insect.. this is really disappionting as we trust trust big banners and buy their product with a sense of trust and good quality. hope we get a proper expalination to why this happened..

I am a Air Force Officer and I purchased 04 Pkts of Britannia Milk Bikis from CSD Canteen at Air Force Station Bareilly(UP). To my utter surprise O1 Pkt was weighing only 75 Gms where as, others weighed 100 gms each.
