I ordered Xiaomi Mi A1 on 09/27/2017 but the product was never delivered to me. I emailed you to refund the money but it has not yet been refunded. Its been about ten months and you have not refunded my money and now you guys are not responding to my calls. Please refund my money back.

I had ordered mi y1 from bullitemsbuy.com on 29/12/2017 and made payment of rs. 10999 /- the order was cancelled from the distributor end on 05/01/2018 due to phone going out of stock, after calling the concerned personal of company,
He had asked to give bank details to return the money. I had mailed the same on 05/01/2018. After that these has been no communication from them.
I had mailed them again on 15/01/2018...

Ordered redmi 5a for rs 5299 using my debit card, on[protected] my order was automatically cancelled and i got a mail that due to item out of stock order is cancelled and refund will be processed within 7 days. Till now no refund is processed.On contactin customer care on [protected] they said will get refund on guranteed by thursday[protected] but till now on[protected] i did not get any refund in my account....

This is awneesh mishra i order miy1 of this site and paid 8799. But i cancel my order they said to me that within 7working days u recieve ur money but today 25th day of my cancelation. 5th january they told me that they will refund my money till 9o'clock but not refund and at this time they dont pic my call, no responce of email,. They cheated many people please sir arrest the owner of this site....

I ordered mi y1 lite on 5.12.17 and want to cancel my order. I called the customer care n told them to cancel the order, he replied me to mail us regarding cancellation. I also mailed them to cancel, till now they had refund my amount and customer care is not receiving the call.
It's a request from them to refund my account or i will register the complain to higher authority....
