[censored]ers. Bad Service - My friend booked a cab for 7.30am and it did not show up till 9am. The driver lied saying he will come in 10mins from 7.30am. The customer care employees are useless - get paid for no job at all. No empathy - no service. Not proper cab drivers. You should just close the company. Disappointing people is your job i guess. Wrong manpower - customer care employees should start becoming drivers now i guess.

While booking date not noticed and booked for different date, Advance amount not returned. it is a human error, Same day i booked another car and travellled....
