Let me introduce you to the lootera cab company CabBazar Cheapest One Way Travel !!

Had a pathetic experience with this cab service.
Never booked anything from this business. They charged upfront and did not return the money even if they did not fulfill the service.

I don't want to write the whole incident here but as a user this was the most frustrating experience I ever had with any cab provider service. The advance amount is taken upfront but not refunded when the services are not provided. I don't want to use voucher for a service I didn't like. So here I am announcing to all you educated potential users to refrain from such fraudulent businesses like CabBazar

No one is listening and no one is responding, both on email or social media or calls.

There are many things which are unethical:
- Support staff is not helpful
- No money security
- Add lot of hidden charges
- Use dark patterns

I called customer care to check for details for booking. They told me that state tax would be 500 for Bangalore to Munnar.
So, I booked the cab.
Post booking, I checked with driver, he told me that charges would be 4, 500.
I called customer care again, now they said 1, 200. later on changed to 2, 800 and then kept giving lame reasons.

I asked them to cancel, they refused to pay back my advance payment.

they took my advance payment on basis of a certain information which they provided. This information was proved to be false later on. So, they have cheated me by providing false information.

€cab bazar is a fraud company/ we booked a cab from delhi to manali and boarded from delhi. after running for 30km the driver refused for local sightseeing of manali. also he asked for extra border tax and 10000rs advance. we denied for it so he left us in between. we called to the cab bazar but they didnt pick the call. so we cancelled the cab but cab bazaar didnt return advance also the driver had snatched 4000rs from us.

Security and safety is very bad.
Driver is misbehave with customers.
Owner cancel the ride after pick-up from home
Very very bad service, never travel with cab bazar.

Good cost and deal at cab bazar on their website, we spoken with them on call and paid the minimum amount which they asked for 506 INR and we received the email for them with booking id 112606, we called again for the driver and cab number they said you will get it by tomorrow, we got relaxed an waited till next day and next day morning trip cancelled by cab bazar we called again and they asked to wait for some time, we called again but not respond and they one of the person told me the there is an issue of availability and we are trying to arrange the same wait for next 20min, i told them that we are taking follow up since yesterday and we did not receive any call from your end till now, only we are taking followups, still again we waited for 20 min, and then we received an email from them that we have initiated the refund and you will get it in next 7 days, we called again and they said cab was not available that is why we initiated the refund, my question was that how they can refuse for the service at the last moment and can initiated the refund without asking us, when we asked for the instant refund they said do you want money or not, if not then tell me i will stop that payment and disconnected the call...

My booking ID is 75609 travelled from Nagpur to Raipur on dtd 25 feb 21 . I demand to many times driver for toll tax receipt but not respond. i paid Rs1000 /- toll tax but actual amount is Rs 400 . i complaint many times to customer care but they not coordinate. mentally harassment by cab bazar services, because driver is my choice, provided by you. Driver said i sent toll tax receipt to later because bill is not available . but driver is fraud manish pawar. i call many times to driver but he said* maine pas bhut booking hai mujhe cab bazar ka koi matlab nhi hai* and insult me

Very bad experience. It is fraud. They took the money from us for booking by online. We leave the hotel that day and waiting for the taxi. But they did not send the taxi. Whole night we are on the street. Even though till today they did not send our money back. Never book on cab bazar. Here is the screen shot of our booking. They cancel our booking. But does not return our money. Our booking id is 3361

We are travel agent with company name Leisure Yatra Tour & travel Pvt ltd, we were searching for a cab for one of our guest from saharanpur to manali and we found good cost and deal at cab bazar on their website, we spoken with them on call and paid the minimum amount which they asked for 1962 INR and we received the email for them with booking id 1272, we called again for the driver and cab number they said you will get it by tomorrow, we got relaxed an waited till next day, once we did not get the details till 12 am, we called again and they asked to wait till 3pm, we called again at 3pm and they one of the person told me the there is an issue of availability and we are trying to arrange the same wait for next 20min, i told them that we are taking follow up since yesterday and we did not receive any call from your end till now, only we are taking followups, still again we waited for 20 min, and then we received an email from them that we have initiated the refund and you will get it in next 7 days, we called again and they said cab was not available that is why we initiated the refund, my question was that how they can refuse for the service at the last moment and can initiated the refund without asking us, when we asked for the instant refund they said do you want money or not, if not then tell me i will stop that payment and disconnected the call. again we had to book cab @5000 more.
