Phone cover was wrongly delivered. So i asked for a return. Phone cover was collected but didn’t get any replacement and money was also not returned. I tried calling customer service but no one answered ever. Sent so many emails for months but haven’t received any response. I had paid 650₹ for the phone cover. I have lost my money and neither received the product. This is a fraud website....

Not sure, how i can return the broken item, even though caseshieldz delivered the wrong item to me. Worst service. Please help.

Sent me the wrong phone cover after emailing them again and again! And the email address is the wrong one & the support number is always switched. Kindly see to this. Nobody cares enough to respond!. I ordered a blue one & they've been sending me an black one. Paid 1200 for this!. There's no possible way to contact them. Have emailed them several times but no response....

The fit and finishing of case is not at all good. The buttons and the other cut outs are not perfect, offenly the flat falls when we take our phone into our hand. It does not looks exactly as described in the picture and it doesn't fits as shown in the image. This might lead to the phone popping out of the case when it encounter's a fall and i have not satisfied with the product. Someone can get better product at this price & i recommend...
