I booked a 9+1 seater tempo traveler from Mumbai to Goa round trip for 4 days. The driver assigned by them informed about vehicle breakdown on the journey date itself. Chiku cab and their vendor Sayali cab point failed to provide an alternative vehicle for the same day and hence asked me to drop a mail for refund. I have been following up but nobody gives me any proper information. Their person even went to an extent of lying that my trip was completed and when i asked them to show proof of my complete trip payment, the person stopped replying to me. They are not ready to provide me any refund even though I am eligible.

The driver assigned from the company was not professional at all. We booked for hourly basis but they didn't act as per agreement, also took extra money for parking and drivers night charge (whereas we left drivers at 9:30pm). He had so many excuses like today is karwachand i have family program, it will be good if you leave me early... man we went there for travelling so our time is limited and based on that we make booking on hourly basis...

Dear Concern,
I had booked a trip with the provided booking ID CRS[protected] and also paid the some of the amount in advance after the time of booking but i didn’t got the service against the booking.
It’s a fraud deal from your side and i need to raise a complain to the forum against the company to take legal action and let me know who is responsible for all these things happened to me and the members of the family.
Give a brief explanation by reverting to the same mail and waiting for the response.

I had booked a tempo traveler for my family on 7th May 2022. As per the schedule the company chikucab.com ( a car rental company based out of Noida) was suppose to share the driver details latest by 7th June 2022 as the pick was scheduled on 8th June 2022 at 4.30 am from Pathankot Cantt railway station. I have been repeatedly following up with the company officials the whole day day and they were promising they will share the driver details in 15-20 minutes. Finally at 9 pm they said that tempo traveler was not available and they can arrange 2 SUV's which also they failed to deliver and then all the company officials failed to take my calls. My family had 6 ladies including a child and 3 gentleman. Everybody was in panic as it was early morning arrival. The entire family was in trauma for entire night of 7th June. I request such fake and fraud companies should be immediately banned and strict action to be taken. I would also like to know how is the company compensating us for this horrible and terrible experience of my family. I would also like to have the name and number of the company owner if possible. Regarding refund process

In connection with above subject, I have booked Chiku Cab from Haridwar-Ramnagar-Nainital-Delhi from dated[protected] to[protected].
Chicku cab provided taxi which was met accident on dated[protected] at 100 km from journey staring point.
we try to connect many time to chicu cab to provide alter net arrangement but they refused to do. because of this my all journey badly suffer and i have to paid double amount (18000) to other taxi operator.
I paid Rs 1300/- advance booking amount and 5000/- to the cab driver as per their term and condition.
I have sent mail to Chiku cab, sent 2 reminder and many phone calls but still no any reply received from their end.
Please requested to do needful to process my refund.
