We had booked tempo traveller from Kochi for 4 nights tour to Kanyakumari/Kovalam etc (tour starting from 12th Dec) about one month in advance (advance of 5300 for booking was paid). On 11th Dec. we were informed: (1) Cost is increased by about Rs 1500, (2) Tempo traveller will have 10 seats instead of 12 that was booked, (3) Initial cost is for 750 km only instead of 1250 km, (4) rate for extra km is 23 instead of 21 and (5) we have to return...
