The order was delivered wrongly, company is completely unreachable. Same experience on multiple apps, don't order anything from these guys

I ordered 1 unit of Cheerios worth rs.449 and 1 pop tarts worth rs.340 with delivery charge of rs.150 and i received a bottle of coffee worth rs. 500 around and website's contact number and email address is invalid and not reachable

I ordered coffee worth 1730 but I received empty bottles of davidoff
Their phone number and email address is not working

I had placed an order of 6 items, worth 1588, i was sent some other items that aren't even worth 500 rupees. I tried to contact the sellers but there was no response. I have been scammed

I ordered Nescafe Taster's choice House Blend Instant Coffee 198gm - imported (Qty. 1), Cadbury crunchie 4 pack - imported (Qty. 1) and Arla Cheesey Spread 240 gm - imported (Qty. 1) through order no #11475 (Total amount Rs.1489.00). However I received a wrong order consisting of two packets of Pocky Coconut & Brown sugar and one jar of Stute Thick Cut Orange Marmalade had been delivered to me.

While searching for imported chocolates for my kid's birthday, came across this site and was delighted with the range of products. Placed order for M&M's, Twix, cereal, Almarai cheese spread and cubes, cream biscuits, Chupa chup lollipops, on 6th May 2023.

On 11th May tried to contact them in order to check status of delivery. Number was unavailable. Then tried to send an email which bounced back. Still i tried to search other ways of contacting them online and came across the reviews.

It was shocking that i was duped of almost rupees 5500 worth of order. It spoiled birthday plans and we had to buy cheaper products, after suffering this loss. It affected our monthly budget and lost faith in ordering from new sites.

I had ordered 4 nescafe gold pack from this site. Order number is 11018. But received completely different items in order. I had sent several email but no response is received. This is a fraud site . Be aware. .even phone numbers mentioned on site is not working.

Ordered chocolates from chocotown.in and instead received expired biscoff spread. I tried contacting them via email and phone. Their phone number is out of service and there is no response to the emails so far.

Placed order worth 690 for multiple chocolates but only single cookie packet has come. Website mentioned contact details don’t exist..it’s clearly a fraud website
Please tk action so others don’t fall prey to such fraudulent websites

I ordered galaxy jewels worth 750 Rs and instead I received Nescafe coffee packets.When I tried to contact their mail id and phone number, it said it didn't exist. It's totally a fraud website and please don't get cheated.

I ordered a two varieties of chocolate packs from chockotown of worth rupees 1139. They delivered wrong product on 3rd Feb 2023. Following which they are not receiving the calls or replying to mail. Please help me out

I have placed an order of 1 packet of Cheetos and 2 Packet of Takis Imported Chips from the " www.chocotown.in " website, on Jan 25, 2023, worth Rs 1128 on COD, for which i have received a conformation mail as well
(from Email ID- [protected]@gmail.com) saying that your order is confirmed and it will be delivered soon, and after that i was also receiving mails regarding my shipment till the delivery, when i received the courier Nothing was there inside that i had ordered and some expired coffee bottle worth Rs 300 has been sent to me by them. I had check the website and tried to contact them to get my order replaced and found out that all the details they have shared on the website (The contact no. - +91 [protected] and The email Id - [protected]@chocotown.in) are all fake and there is no way you can contact them.
The courier I have received from the fraud chocotown company, that was sealed with the amazon cello tape, which certainly means that these scammers are frauding people on different reputated websites and platforms as well, which is defaming the other good reputated websites as well.
When I searched on google about this website, I got to know that many other people have also complained about this company on the same issue, and i got to know that they are Frauds and looting people on large scale. People who are paying Online for their order they are not receiving their orders and the one who are paying at the time of delivery they are getting other expired products inside the couriers.
They have shown their company's registered Address on this website " www.chocotown.in " as - "Office No 13, Cardinal Gracious Rd, Mota Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059 India" Which will also be probably fake.

I had ordered Cheetos and Takis worth 939 from the website but have received some Coffee and Doritos. There is no response to the mails and the number is also fake. This is a scam wherein people are being cheated.

Ordered product worth 900 rupees. Now, when I login, I cannot login. The AWB assigned is not blank. The phone number on website is switched off.

I have ordered Nescafe Classic coffee jar 200 gm 2 Nos worth Rs.910. They have send davidoff coffee jar 1 no & 1 Chocolate kinder Joy.

Now I am contacting them return the material but mobile no is wrong no.

Please don't deal they are fraud.

I ordered Rs 1500 worth products on their website. They promptly sent me the AWB number for shipment. But it has been a month and the order is still not received. It turns out choco town never handed out the product to the courier company. As many have stated here, their customer service number does not exist and they don't respond to any emails.
I just wish I had read these complaints before ordering!

I had ordered Nuetella choc spread - 750g of worth Rs 640/-.
Today we received a package and we paid the full amount. After opening the package we realized that instead of Nutella they have delivered Peanut butter worth Rs 250/-.

I ordered a bunch of things in total worth rupees 1756/- from a website called www.chocotown.in . There were precisely 6 items in it. I received a tracking number and paid COD for the parcel when it arrived. On opening it I realized that I had been totally scammed and that the website is completely fraudulent ..instead of the things I had ordered I received a cheap box of mayonnaise and another box of coffee ..both the things not more than 300 rupees in value. I tried getting in touch with the company using the support number and the email mentioned on their website only to find out that the number doesn’t exist and the emails bounced back because the said email address also did not exist. Have mailed them 6-7 times since then but haven’t received any revert at all. Looked them up online and apparently there are hundreds of people that have put up complaints against them but no one has gotten a resolution and they continue to defraud people. Attaching a copy of the order details and my email to them to which no one has replied.

Order number 6467. Tracking id [protected]. Shipping details provided are invalid, customer care is non responsive. I have paid for my order including shipping charges but haven't received it yet since a month.

Please help - I ordered a selection of mints and chocolates from Choco town and paid Rs 1348 on delivery COD. ORDER NO 6509. However, when I opened the box I found of Alfa Mayonnaise inside and none of my products! They don't have any valid email address and customer care is always off.

I placed a large order of Rs 4896 on the 5th of October. The phone number and email address also do not work. The company is fraudulent.

I ordered a few items from the website of Chocotown on September 30th 2022. A total of 6 items was purchased and the total amount paid was Rs 1928. I got a confirmation mail from [protected]@gmail.com with order number 6231.

On October 3rd 2022, I again received a mail from the above email ID informing that the items has been dispatched through Xpressbees via AWB number [protected].

But till today I haven’t received my order and also while tracking the order in Xpressbees website, they say no such consignment exists.

I have mailed Chocotown several times but they haven’t replied back. Also the contact number provided in the website doesn’t exist (+[protected]

I have been cheated by Chocotown and there is no way I think I’ll get my order or money back. Kindly help me

Hi I placed order for a Davidoff coffee gift set on chocotown.in and I made an online payment of Rs. 950 ( Rs 800 for the product and Rs 150 as extra charges for delivery). I got the message from my bank that my payment is successful and that the amount has been debited from my account towards chocotown.in however I did not get any order confirmation or acknowledgement from chocotown.in. I tried to find their contact details to know the status of my order and this is what I found on the website-

I first tried to reach out to them on the email address provided and I was shocked to learn that this email address doesn't exist (please refer the screenshot I attached). Then, I tried calling them and again I got to know this phone number doesn't exist.
When I looked into more on Google I found there are already hundreds of consumer complaints submitted against this website and I am really disappointed about the fact that how come this website is still active and running despite these many complaints against it. I really want to see this business shut down and the owner to face the consequences for this. I am attaching the screenshots as well.

This seems to be a scam and fraud company. I placed an order on 21 September 22 for products and paid a total of rs 1297. I got a confirmation mail that they received my money and order. Later i got another mail saying they shipped my order and gave me an expressbee tracking number. After not receiving my order for days and not hearing from chocotown i called expressbee. They told me chocotown refused to give them any parcel after multiple attempts. Chocotown phone number doesn't work and they are not replying to my mail regarding status of my order. Many customers seem to have had a similar experience.

I placed order on 6th sept, paid with gpay of 1996/- I got a tracking number and right after I see that the Order shows cancelled on the carrier website.
I have received no refund, no email communication and when I try to reach the number of chocotown on their site it’s is unreachable. Please help me

I ordered two quantity of Bragg 473ml apple cider vinegar from chocotown.in on 1st sep 2022. The order was confirmed and delivered by Ekart at late evening on 3rd sep 2022. when i opened the package i found it was two can's for Heinz baken beans instead of apple cider vinegar.

I ordered one Cheetos Flaming Hot and 2 Doritos Cheese Flavoured and they delivered two fake packets of Doritos and and they didn't even deliver the Cheetos.

A hoax company. It is not delivering my order of Galaxy chocolates box. It is continuously extending the delivery date.
