I ordered Galaxy chocolates box but what they are doing is extending the delivery date continuously. Earlier I didn't that it is a fraud company. Now that i came to know that, filing a complaint against the company.

I have ordered for 7boxes of Ferrero rocher chocolate boxes containing 16pcs each and recoved a nestle chocolate box instead.
On repeatedly emails there is no response. The ph no. Provided is not working

I ordered crunchie a few weeks back, didn't receive it and I tried emailing them but the email they gave me was fake! I tried calling and the number said switched off!!

Please help - I ordered a selection of mints and chocolates from Choco town and paid Rs 1490 on delivery COD. ORDER NO 3701. However, when I opened the box I found a bottle of Almarai cream cheese inside and none of my products! They don't have any valid email address and customer care is always off. BIG SCAM COMPANY! BE AWARE!

We Had ordered items on Chocotown.in website & paid for Cod - but instead of the actual items ordered some other cheaper items were sent.
None of their emails is / customer care numbers provided on their website are reachable.
We managed to probe on & got their email I’d [protected]@gmail..com & sent them the pictures of wrong items sent & requested for either another delivery of our actual paid for items or a refund.
Also they are just not providing any customer support number where you can actually call.
Since 9thJune they are just not resolving the issue & instead are giving all lame excuses- will look into the matter / send you tracking details of next order /will talk to out back hand team etc etc
Reputed websites immediately take action on customer issues & resolve them at the earliest. Chocotown is a fraudulent website who are charging customers but not delivering
Chocotown needs to be stopped & should not be allowed to get away anymore.They are cheating so many people on a daily basis. Their negative reviews are all over the internet.
They need to refund the money of customers they have cheated.
They need to be penalised for online fraud.

I have placed a prepaid order worth 3619/- on 9th June, 2022. I got a mail with the blue dart tracking id the next day. But the order never arrived and when i contacted bluedart they said they never received the parcel physically. Then i emailed ChocoTown and they said they will look into this matter and nothing came from their side. This website is a total scam they are just looting peoples money. They don’t have any way of contacting them their number is saying no incoming call facility available. I need my money refunded back.

Their email doesnt exist, their number always switched off. I had ordered 3 items worth 1140 rupees which included imported snacks and coffee and chocolate. Since i did cash on delivery i guess they sent a random item to get the cash. I recieved a cheese spread 😡 which is wayyy less worth the money i paid. And its expiry date is intentionally scratched off by them as well. Clearly an illegitimate work from them. I hope the company staff..

Chocotown.in is a fraudent setup. No response to mails and no valid customer care no. My prepaid order is not even dispatched as yet despite placing the order over a week ago. How can such a fraudulent setup continue to exist!! Just cheating customers of their hard earned money.

I had ordered chocolates from Chocotown.in on 11th April 2022 for Rs. 2120 but haven’t received my order. There customer care number listed on website is switched and they don’t reply to emails
It’s a fraudulent website, it should be shut down. And I want my money back.

I haven’t received my order and they’ve taken my money . I can’t contact them through anywhere
