I ordered a kurti and western frock but received 2 unstitch cheapest quality rectanglular shaped of same kind. I want get to refund of my money (Rs 789) for the order no [protected] and [protected].. Feel very cheated to the worst possible ways.. Please shut down your site rather to cheap the customer because we gather a sum of money for few days and order those items...

Is is to inform u that the parcel that u have received today is not what i have ordered... The saree is not the same. I had ordered a black saree with border and it had a red colour blouse. It can be seen on the site as well and what i have received is a very ordinary synthetic piece of cloth. I was not present when the order was delivered at home and so could not check it... Since it was cash on delivery it was paid by my family member....

I have ordered floral dress and i got one plain red and green plain cloth piece not at all satisfied now i want to return the product sir please replace the order as soon as possible i had seen in face book and ordered but i had disappointed in this product actually what i had booked it has not come. Myself sharmistha das. I have returned my product because of bad quality material of red selfi printed kurti. So i want returned your product and i wish refund my money as soon as possible. This is really a worst company i dealt with. They are delivering a wrong product to the customer and second thing no one is responding either on mail and phone call too. I had bought two kurtis from citiz mart which are delivered to me on 15/10/2017 having ref no. 62011 on the name of sakeena and they provided me cloth and second one is that kurti which i had not choosen. A fraud company this is. I want my money back....

But i have received one unstitched different product which is totally different from original product hence i requested them to return the product and refund the money back but they had not responded the call the number which was given to us. Request you to take action on this company or else they will keep fooling...

As per ref. No 53940 this is not the product, which i have ordered... This link has been provided in the face book. And there many kurtha,,,,,,, your cheat the customer, if it is not refund i take further step. I have knowledge about online shopping... If not reply as soon as possible i go to consumer court. I will never give up.

But by mistake, i have received some other cloth today in xxl size and some other color by cash on delivery. I got the parcel, when i opened it i got one joint pieces of cheap clothes orange and blue color

When i tried to contact them, their number is showing not reachable.
I have given 372 rupees to the currier guy (Aramex). It was cash on delivery.
