I have received item without accessories. Then I have replaced with another order for
1.5 ton another ac
But now after one week ac is not working that out door stopped itself and didn't start again. Only fan is working in ac😡😡

    I have ordered pradeep physics reference book 2 volumes for Rs.1368. Last 2 times I have received vol.II only. I made replacement order and returned. The earlier order amount not credited in my account. Since I need the book I ordered again duly paying Rs.1368. Today I received vol.I.
    I am very much fed up with your service.
    I am in the state about complaint in comsumet court. you are taking full money and delivering one book only.

      This product is not working properly its all three lights are not working and its adapter light are also no blinking.
      I called the service centre many time but no one come from there.
      This product are still under warranty but no service centre person is yet to service it.
      I called the service center many times but no one from there to fix it.
      Service centre always ignore my problem

                I had ordered 6 Berrylush frocks from Amazon, which were assigned with 2 different order ids, 1 order id had 2 frocks and the order id had 4 frocks, that were supposed to be delivered, however, I received 1 frock for 1st order id and 1 frock for 2nd order id. I raised a complaint against this stating the same, but Amazon is not refunding for the missing items.

                  I have purchased one KENSTAR FRESH 15 litres water heater on 18/03/21 and delivered on 19/03/21. We have installed on 20/03/21 by a experienced plumber.After completion, the equipment is not working at all. There is no indication of power in the equipment.But we ensured there is power from switch board. That day I have booked a complaint to KENSTAR through helpline number which is given in warranty booklet. But no response. We felt very bad.seeking immediate response from you.

                            Sir/Ma'am,
                            I had ordered a Casio watch being model number Casio Edifice Chronograph Black Dial Men's Watch - EFR-539D-1AVUDF (EX191) on 06.04.2019. The watch worked fine for 8 months then the battery died however I thought it was normal. However unfortunately the nation got stuck by the COVID-19 pandemic and I couldn't get it repaired by the Authorized service center. On October 16.10.2020, I took my watch to an Authorized Casio retailer named New Jain Watches located at 30, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, to get the batteries charged and I was informed by the seller that my product was fake. He then showed me the same watch at his store and I was then able to observe the differences. When I came home I did some research and tried looking up the watch at different sites and realized that I really received a fake product. I paid Rs. ₹8, 145.00 for the watch. At the time of purchase, I made sure I purchased the product from an Amazon Fulfilled partner like Cloudtail since they have a good reputation. I did not expect to be deceived like this by a reputed company like Cloudtail India. I paid a premium amount for a fake product which the seller at the authorized shop told me was not worth more than 1000.

                            I never expected to receive a counterfeit product from Amazon and that too from one of their most trusted partner.

                            DIfferences in the Fake Watch and Original Watch:

                            1. The belt of the watch in my watch bends all the way down to the back of the watch. In the original watch the belt is very stiff, heavy and doesn't bent all the way.

                            2. The back of my watch started getting rust & stains because of the sweat, the authorized seller told me genuine casio watches do not face this issue because of high quality polishing and quality testing at Casio which ensures the metal remains stainless.

                            3. The time markers at 12, 3, 6 & 9 in my watch are white and in the original the time markers are red.

                            4. The buckle of the watch belt in my watch is comparitively smaller than the backle in the original which has a more clean look.

                            5. The Chronograph indicator on the left side of the watch's face has a metal bracket that extends from 8-10. The distance between the edges of the bracket and time markers at 8, 9 & 10 is more in the original watch. In my watch, there is no space between the bracket and time markers.

                            6. In the original watch the Chronograph indicator located on the top below the 12 marker, has a white/metallic loking semi circle that is very clealy visible and within the semicircle there are markers painted in black that are also clearly visible. In my fake watch these details are very difficult to look at as they are not painted properly.

                            7. The time markers in the original watch are more clearly detailed and are very properly spaced out. In my fake watch these details are not there and the spacing between the time markers is not as clearly marked out.

                            8. The needles in the three Chronograph dials on the original watch are broader in shape compared to the fake watch that I have.

                            9. In the original the three chronograph indicators in the watch have a shinier metallic dial that looks metallic white however in my fake watch the dials inside are not same looking.

                            Desirable Resolution:
                            1. Original Replacement of the watch.

                              I hv purchased Kohler - 562IN-SD-VS Malleco Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet, with multi-function Spray Head, Sweep Spray and Docking Spray Head Technology, Vibrant Stainless from Amazon, because of this pendamic situation there is delay in installation of this product,
                              Now i m facing issue with pressure from faucet, for this product i hv installed automatic pressure pump but then also it is not giving pressure because it has very low pressure and thats y pressure pump sensor is also not working for this faucet

                                Ear sir/madam,
                                My name is anil vishwakarma and i m regular customer of amazon india, i had placed the order for wd hard drive 2tb capacity through amazon india and sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd which was received on 24.09.2017 till then it was kept safely and not opened till date, but when today it was opened for use it shows some different used hard drive of 64gb instead of 2tb was inside the pack.
                                Since it's beyond three years when order was placed and received but not opened and checked, even though i request your organisation to replace and provide me with the new wd hard drive of 2tb. I know its beyond the policy of refund and replace/return but even i request you to do the needful at the earliest from your end.

                                      Hi,

                                      I got a viva bycycle delivered to me on 14th july and i was out of town, couldn't return as planned due to covid lockdown. By the time i reached my home the return period was over. I know it is my problem and not amazon's or the vendor's.

                                      Once i came back and installed the cycle, after 4 rides i found that the rear disc brack is not working and the front derailleur is alo not functioning properly, so i went to a local mechanic and found that the front derailleur and the rear brake is gone.

                                      Is amazon seriously allowing their vendor's to sell such products and that too without warranty details. The derailleur company shimano itself provide warranty, but there is no warranty details of the viva bikes using the same product.

                                      Can amazon help me getting warranty for my bicycle and replaced my defective parts.

                                            I had placed an order for 6 diaper packets of kare medium adult diapers for my paralyzed adult son. The delivery person saw only five packets and he still insisted on taking full payment and said you complain to customer service, i kept trying to complain and amazon customer service never responded as they were too busy for more than 5 days... I was just asking them to send me the 6th packet and they would not respond. I also put it as complaint thru my product delivery issue and they have just blocked me for complaining. I know cloudtail india had packaged it and they made the mistake.

                                                I had returned my damaged skechers shoes one month back which i had bought through amazon seller - cloudtail india pvt ltd. I had already paid for those shoes. Skechers and cloudtail has responsibility to replace those shoes with another pair. But after one month i realized that cloudtail india pvt limited is just mailing me that we will create one promocode and will share shoes with you within next 3-4 working days. They have sent this mail again and again after every 3-4 days. They are doing nothing to provide me new shoes. Shoes are worth 6000 rs. I had asked them to provide there number and even i gave my number to have a call, but no response from them.
                                                I have whole communication proof to provide.
                                                Kindly consider this as a genuine request to resolve. It's mental harassment to customer.

Unfortunately size is small - Safari Thorium Stubble 55 cm ( Length 55 cm x Width 40 cm x Height 23 cm). I ordered to replace small size suitcase to Big suitcase but delivered same small size - Safari Thorium Stubble 65 cms on 15.06.2019. Delivery man said that I complain to your company through phone line . I do not hear to communicate you in phone line that I am deaf and Dumb. How ?

                                                        I ordered the g shock watch on feb 24. Supposed to be a gift.

                                                        The watched arrived on feb 27.

                                                        Unfortunately when my friend opened the package,
                                                        The product contained a redux watch instead.
                                                        Yes the box was of gshock. But the actual watch is not.

                                                        How can you prove that amazon sent us the correct product?
                                                        Investigation says product was intact when delivered.
                                                        Barcode is on the box, not on the actual watch.
                                                        Yes you were able to scan the box to show the product was correct.
                                                        But actual was not.

                                                        Please help get this resolved.

                                                        Someone called my friend asking for bank account about the Amazon dispute that we have.
                                                        Here is the number of the guys who called [protected].

                                                        We need justice from people who have cheated people like us with a legitimate complaint.

                                                        I doubt that these people are calling like representatives of complaint forums and trying to cheat people trying to extract details of banks etc.

                                                        we just want the product that we paid for.

                                                        Please, we trusted Cloudtail to fill our order on Amazon. and we got cheated. its a hard earned money that we paid for the product we ordered.

                                                        Someone please get this resolved.

                                                            Purchased the blood pressure monitor from dr trust

                                                            I followed the regular procedure as mentioned in the brochure, to apply online for warranty and to my surprise the online form is not working. I complained about this to the customer care of dr trust.
                                                            They proposed to send out a mail to [protected]@drtrustusa.com. [notice the spelling, double 's'].

                                                            Till this date i had send several mails but no response, seems they had totally ignored it after their initial replies on the same mail address.

                                                            This should be stopped immediately if they cant provide a extended warranty fake promises, if appropriate must be punished for cheating and forgery.

                                                            Requesting you to provide an extended warranty of purchased product or provide a refund (I am ready to sent back the device to you).
