Through amazon india, they are showing their ability to help return as the return date is passed. I opened the pack today and found the product damaged.. Please consider this request and help replace the product.

The performance of the speaker is not at all satisfactory. Sound quality is too poor. Philips is a renowned brand but the sound quality seems to be like that of a cheap Chinese speaker. Very disappointing.
I have recently bought a 16gb HP pendrive from cloudtail through Amazon.The pendrive has stopped working.The warranty of pendrive hasnt expired.Please take this matter into your notive and resolve the issue.

        The sandwich gets burnt on one side and does not gets toasted evenly. There is a problem with the product delivered. I made a complaint to amazon but they told to get in touch with the supplier. Kindly replace the product. We stay in kerala. There is a prestige showroom in perumbavoor where i reside. Shall i get in touch with them? Please advice what to do

          Though it reached within 24 hrs
          But after receiving with in no time
          Felt awful because they sent a product which is kind of a live from the upper part behind the mount is broken
          And they dont help me to replace it feeling bad

            By order number order#[protected], i had received a mobile phone (Micromax canvas infinity). The package in its list of contents mentions about a user guide and a warranty card. Both are missing. I wish they are dispatched at the earliest, since a user guide is a must for proper utilization of the product and a warranty card is a must for any feedback later.

              I bought a 32gb variant class 10 memory card from amazon and its not even 2months that it crashed and i lost all my important data and the memory card is also not working.                   I am regular getting it through amazon since long. Monthly i need about 10 packs for my own consumption. On amazon site the product is shown in stock. Maximum quantity allowed is 5 packs. Two days before i ordered for 3 packs but at the end a massage came that only 2 pack will be allowed. I placed order for two pack. Now today when i am placing order for another two packs in the end a massage is given that zero pack is allowed. I do not under stand what all this means. If the product is not available it should be taken off from the site and if it is available then what is the meaning of this nonsense. If you do not want to sell then write product is available but not for sale. I have purchased four, four pack at a time but never received this type of absurd massage. I do not think it is a rationed item or a item abnormal in demand.
                  I purchased a lenovo power bankPA1300 on 28 th june2017 .Unfortunaly it stopped working within 2 weeks. please replace the product.

                    Hai, i ordered segate external hard disk 1 tb and a saco hard disk cover on 14 may in the big billion day of the amazon, so that i can get the product at lower price. But i got delivered only the saco cover. Track package says, that they can't be able to deliver. How it is possible? I orderd both items in the same cart proceeded to checkout, but they can deliver only one item?

                    The website says me to order it again, i tried ordering it again but the price was increased by rs.200/-. It is a very great loss for me. How can i bear the loss of their mistake? They didn't even contact me through my mobile, then how can they say that, they can't able to deliver?

                      Sir i have return my item intex it2616 by the courier dtdc. The tracking no. Is d34615923. The courier reach upto mahabubnagar (Pin is 509001). But dtdc courier service says that due to diplomatic area courier cant proceed further they want your courier department contact number so that they handover the courier to you. So please provide youe courier department contact number so that my courier reach to your proper address.
                      The product is not working its does not support any ISP connection worst service and please dont buy anything for Cloudtail even in Amazon
                      I bought a boat headphone from amazon on 12 june for 499 rs. and after 2 months its mic got damaged internally. and its replacement was upto 26 june on Amazon, but actually Boat provides 1 YEAR warranty of product .
                      I want a Replace

                        To my surprise a standard accessory pedestal qty 2 nos and screws missing from packaging.

                        Can I request follow up from Cloud tail for a 100% paid on line purchase.

                        Also request thorough health check o[censored]nit and function check by Panasonic service engineer or a technician to ensure product delivered is operational to customer satisfaction.

                        Hi, Buy a 22 inch Panasonic LED TV thro" Amazon India, that was delivered this afternoon dated 30 Apr 2017 without way bill and invoice.

                        To my surprise one of the standard accessory i.e. pedestal qty- 2 nos and mounting screws are missing from original packaging.

                        Though glad to receive delivery but with missing standard accessory I'm unable to switch on product and do a function test.

                        Can I request cloudtail to impress upon responsible for missing standard accessory, request a follow up and reply from M/s Cloudtail.

                        Also request also a thorough health check and function test of new TV, while 100% payment has been received by Cloudtail.

                        I have purchased this item on 13 July 2017 from Amazon and in less than 1 month it is failed to work the right side of this earphone is not working properly. I am not getting any sound from right side of this earphone.

                            Hi,

                            Please see the snapshot of the packaging. Compare it with any other isopure product in the market and you will know that this tape packaging is fake.

                            Secondly when I made a scoop of the product the taste and texture of the protein is fake as I am a frequent user of isopure Dutch chocolate flavour and this one was not something comparable.

                            Kindly look into the matter seriously as such fake product and company should not be left with easily as this a serious health concern.

                                        I have purchased yu yureka (Moondust grey) from amazon website. The product is under warranty. Now i am facing the problem with ear speaker of the phone. I have contacted yureaka support people through emails but they are not responding properly . But till yet i have not got any call from their side. I am fed up with their ridiculuos behaviour.
