I ordered shoes from amazon "sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd". The sent me used product in a below standard packing. I was been given option for return or replacement. I ordered this product so that i can use is an not to enter hassle of replacement or refund. There are many such complaints for the same company. But no change in their way or operations. Such fraud has to be stoped to avoid customer confidence.

    I have purchased subjected weighing machine eb 9300 from amazon on 31st july 18. I checked weight, it was giving result however, when i checked result at different places it is giving different result eg. When i checked on floor of first room it is giving different result 53 kg but at sightly other place it is giving 55 kg.

    There must be some manufacturing defect which can't be recognize at the time of purchasing. Every time it is showing different results. This can't be possible.

    I am attaching invoice copy for your reference, please revert if i can show at your location.

      I am working in army department as an army officer
      I purchased pigeon gas stove but within the less than one month of the purchase it got repaired
      Strong smell was coming from the cog of the gas stove
      When we called the technician he said to replace as fast as possible for the disaster occurrence by the gas stove due to leakage
      We are regular customers of your company but when we called the customer care there was no response
      Which gave us the wrong impression on your company which prevents us from buying any products through your company seller
      Therefore we require an immediate solution regarding this problem
      Otherwise legal actions will be taken and i will approach higher authorities
      I purchased cello freestyle flask 350ml through amazon.in on 15 august 2018 and it was delivered on 19 august 2018. Now it is not retaining the heat. Heat drops within 30 minutes . So please replace the flask as soon as possible.

        Purchased 2 arrow shirts worth rs 1799 each at offer on big billion sale between 10-14 oct. Products are very low quality duplicate product. Arrow shirts are packed like local shirts. Shirts are cotton but is low polyester shirts and new shirts are dirty before even opened. Very bad experience. Second bad experience with this company who has such bad channel partner. Intention is to fool customers. Need stern action to be initiated as against such company. Never order any item from this company. Horrible

              I purchased cromton greaves solarium dlx 25 ltrs water heater from cloudtail india pvt ltd village kurund bhiwandi dist thane421302 through amazon on line on 3rd nov2015 invice no mh-bom[protected]. Now a days it is difficult to use the water heater due to leakage of water from water heater. It is not safty. Hence please replace the faulty water heater by new water heater or repair the same under warrenty early.

                I bought the thrustmaster red legend edition steering through Amazon on 8 march 2018 from that time I am trying the steering is not working.but all the buttons work perfectly.i gave many complaints on Amazon but not reply came.so I chatted with thrustmaster company through email they told to contact the retailer.so as my thrustmaster is within the warranty period of 1 year I request you to replace or repair my product.i except a speedy reply

                  I order id adidas neo men's cloudfoam saturn ftwwht, cblack and scarle sneakers - 10 uk/india (44.67 eu) vide order id #[protected] on 21 nov 2017.
                  After less than a period of six months the toe of the shoes goes yellow and looking very awkward.
                  Even i not used these shoes regularly. I requested to kindly replace them or refund my money otherwise i have to go in consumer form.

                      Dear cloudtail,

                      I recently contacted your customer services department and amazon regarding my (Boat earphone) that i purchased online through amazon! My boat earphone has some problem with right side, it has some issue where the right earphone will stop working some times and cannot hear anything completely. And most of the time, my people told me that my voice has lot of noise issues while talking to them through earphone, i think mic has also some problem.

                      I am totally disappointed with earphone giving me trouble in just 10 months. I have enjoyed using the similar products and have not encountered this kind of negative product from sony and philips. I am disappointed with the lack of quality that i am receiving in regards to this issue, it certainly does not encourage me to purchase the other boat! Products in the future.

                      I have explained in depth to customer services department why i believe the boat earphone should be covered within the warrantee. I purchased this product in october 2017 and it has a 1 year of warranty till october 2018. Hence i would like to claim my warranty to return or refund or a replacement for this boat earphone.

                      This incident has left me with a strong, negative brand image of boat! I don't feel my request is one so out of the ordinary. I await your response as soon as possible. Should you remain negative, i too will remain negative and not be purchasing boat products again.

                        Dear sir,

                        Knowing the fact that this is one of the available cow ghee produced by a trusted company like baidyanath ayurveda, i ordered two packs of 450 ml cow ghee through amazon. This was a cod purchase and taken the packet of amazon by my wife today.

                        To my utmost surprise i found that both the bottles were without closely tight seal on the top of the bottle. I have made a complaint with the amazon and they have assured to make refund as this product is under non returnable one.

                        I am really pained to buy the product with seal broken one and there would be possibly adulterated one. Hence, please taking my complaint on this issue, should we consume this product or not.

                          I, an engineer with Power Deptt. Tripura, had ordered Lovable CES non wired bra of 38C Black and Beige through Amazon. I had payed for both on 10.05.2018. The bras as sold by your company and delivered by Amazon agent were received by me today. To my surprise.. Beige one was 38c but black one was delivered 34c. But in your tax invoice its written both 38c. This is not acceptable as i had paid already. I am putting this complaint in your forum first. Kindly do the needful to correct the matter.

                              I too bought 2 TB Seagate External Harddrive from Amazon through this seller. The number mentioned on the website are not reachable or not in service. I raised a replacement request on Seagate website but they stated that they will replace the product but the replacement unit will not be the new one. It would either be repaired or refurbished with warranty limited to 90 Days or above.
                              I called up on Amazon but I was told to contact the seller. No wonder this is the reason that they have mentioned "Limited Warranty" under this product on Amazon.

                                    I am enclosing a copy of the gst invoice issued in my favour on 31/12/2017. The item mentioned therein has not been sent to me till today, even after 4 months.

                                    As per the invoice, the amount collected is shown as 12599/- as this is a promotional offer. This amount has been sent to shoppingbazar99 group, who in turn has asked you to send the item.
                                    Please let me know the reason for the delay and how will i be compensated for this delay?

                                    This is not a description of the complaint resolution. Within hours of submitting my complaint against Cloudtail India private Ltd, I got a call from No. 8402046543. The caller said he is Saxena, ragarding the complaint I had put up against Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd. and asked me why I am complaining. I told him that the product has not been delivered even after 4 months. He said the GST bill shows that the money paid is Rs. 12599/-. I told him to read the invoice properly, wherein it is clearly stated that the product is being given on a promotion scheme and 12599 was the final payment. He then said that 12599 will be refunded and asked for my bank details. He asked me for the user ID of the net banking. I told him I cannot give my ID to anyone over the phone and to make a bank transfer what is needed was the account no. and the Bank IFSC code which I said I can give. He then started abusing me in a very very foul language. I was surprised at this attitude, I have a recording of this conversation. I do not know if this person is working for your firm. The true caller identified this no. as"Consumer complaints". I would request you to kindly find out if such person with the name Saxena and having the above mentioned mobile number is registered in your pay roll and if so to take proper disciplinary action against for this kind of behaviour and use of filthy and foul language while interacting with a legitimate complainant. The public with an intention of getting justice from people who have cheated people like me should be treated with little bit more respect and not be showered with obscenities. I have serious doubt that these people are posing like representatives of complaint forums and trying cheat people by extracting details of banks etc. This complaint may please be circulated widely so that people are aware of such incidents.                                         I am waiting for my product delivery from 23rd feb,

                                        I think amazon and cloudtail is not taking care about my product delivery.
                                        Its a paid order, from 24th feb am calling and mailing everyday to amazon customer care,
                                        But i'll continuosly getting the preset messages from your side like, "it will be delivered tomorrow"...
                                        I don't know when that "tomorrow" will come... You're testing my patience,
                                        I never expected this kind of carelessness from amazon.
                                        Bluedart local team giving fake updates regarding product delivery,
                                        Product arrived on 21st feb to karaikudi agency, still now the product is in their place...
                                        Amazon promises their customers "door step delivery on time",
                                        But these bluedart refuses to deliver the product to my place. They providing all fake information in online tracking page.
                                        I need a quick solution to this issue... If my product not delivered tomorrow (28.02.18),

                                          1. Corsair VS550 550-Watt Power Supply (Black) and
                                          2. Corsair CC[protected]WW Graphite Series 380T Portable Mini ITX Case (White) from that company.
                                          The first one was compleately different from what I ordered (some set of wires insteard of Power Supply). The PC-case had broken parts and some of them looked like it was in use.

                                            Service denial letter required from sony xperia this should be close till tomorrow i have already inform to the police brand new phone which defective by manufacturer sony technical support all done but phone is still manufacturing i have not purchase for service center take tensions and suffering almost january month gone all information shared with you otherwise judiciary will tell about your excuses who is responsible for what or who is not now i can take action situation no understand and i'm working in hcl technology noida my work is due, due to smartphone unable to reply on officially domain mails also not able to calls over heating and unexpected restart such a problem is too disappointing disgusting
                                            Sony everyday and everytime tell with new complain no. As amazon is third party and refund will provided by amazon and cloudtail india private limited. Authorized by sony i have add mail id in this mail kindly coordinate with each other my year start such sadness due to purchases sony phone already i suffering from fever now days

                                              Cloudtail contact no. Is fake and never receives the call. Take some strict action regarding this issue. Whenever you call cloudtail the voce you hear is thank you for calling cloudtail customer service and thats it after this you just keep the phone holding that some one will receive the call and talk about issue but actually nobody answers the call.
                                              Take serious action and penalise them for such fraud.

                                                          I purchased product intex cloud c1 (Black) online through amazon, got delivered on 17th october 2017 and it did not worked. I tried launching return claim but it is not getting registered through.
