I have ordered 3 mobile covers of one plus 3 from customisedmobilecovers.in of rs. 307 on 27 january 2018.
My order number is #25722
I didn't receive the product till now. I got the message of order shipment. And when i tried to track, site was not reachable.
Till now the site is not reachable.

I have sent so many mails to the [protected]@gmail.com to know the status of my order, but didn't...

I had ordered two back covers of redmi note 3 from customisedmobilecovers.in for rs 218 with 20 rs handling charge and 198 rs for product... I have not received what i have orderd... I received different product not matching with the what i ordered. I tried to return these product but... It was showing site in available for customisedmobilecovers.in... I hope my account of ₹218 will be back... My contact no.[protected]...

I got wrong mobile cover..i ordered for redmi mi note 3..bt i received wrong cover amd of mi note 4.

Nd i received the wrong mobile cover so plz exchange my product..or refund my cash......

Three days ago i ordered the mobile cover from customisedmobilecovers.com and today i received the order and i got different order i didn't got the cover i ordered i got different covers... I want my refynd or exchange the cover... Most bad experience i ever had on the online shopping... Now what should i do.. I said the courier boy.. He said that i can't do anything uh have to contact to the website and there is no way to contact them......

I ordered 2 cases of one plus 3t but i received two cases of redmi note 3. Now i am not able to return it. They are also not replying my email. I want the correct cases of my phone which i ordered and please do it as soon as it is possible. If you can help me out i'll be really thankful to you. If possible please exchange the wrong cases and deliver the right cases of one plus 3t. Please do the needful....

I ordered oneplus 3 wooden case from below website.

And i received oneplus 1 case with 100 rs extra. Now, i'm not able to return this product.
