Prepaid order not delivered
I had ordered 2 mobile cases in on october 1st.The amount was paid.
I have received confirmation mail too.
But nothing other than that it just shows order as processing.
If they are actually not working they should close their site and not accept any orders and payment.
Now what shall i do for the payment i did how will i get it back...

I have ordered a phone cover from dealstuff on june 9 2020. It was a prepaid order and i haven't received it yet.
Tried to drop an email and that didn't get deliver. Even call on the customer care but no result.

I ordered a gionee mobile phone p7max on 25/07/2019 they deducted the payment 4999/- and didn't give me any tracking number of courier and date of delivery. They not giving tracking number. They are not picking up the call, on the number which they have given for customer care. They show only order confirmed on their website. Their customer care number is [protected]...

I have ordered redmi note 7 pro from this site on 15th of may 2019. Then i got an email that my order has been cancelled due to undeliverablity. I ordered redmi note 7 pro on 26April-2019 price 13, 999/-, Till today 30-Apr-2019 i am not sure about my product delivery and there is no update on delivery status on website. Even worst is that no one is responding to my calls.
