Hi there, i'm haris ansari, a resident of hal colony indira nagar, today i visited decathlon store, lucknow branch, after shopping i asked for table tennis facility

I found it very shocking that the free facility of table tennis has been closed because of the theft issues, people used to play there and steal table tennis equipment. I think this is not a solution, they cannot close it forever, one day they have to open it

Only table tennis table should be provided for table tennis facility, nothing else. With a strong security check, none of the theft issues will take place because nothing will be left to steal

A person, who want to play table tennis will bring his/her own table tennis bat and ball which will be verified at the entrance, this is the simplest way to avoid theft issues

Good morning sir am an regular customer to decathlon last purchase was a fishing divice it’s damaged very badly the cost of that 4000₹ can repair or replace . Two days back I went there to ask them they use security and push me out please I need answer from you thanks and regards

    shoes warranty

    The shoes were in warranty and the sole was damaged. They refused to take a look at it, saying that i had overused the shoes. That the warranty is not valid as the shoes are used. Fake warranty promises and they don't even issue warranty cards, so we can't do anything later. The shoes came with 2 years warranty. It is torn already from multiple places. The quality was not up to the mark in the first place and they have extraordinary cost...

    Many times i have complained in decathlon but more than 3 months are complete but there are no refund by decathlon in my account i am very frustrated
    Decathlon service is very bad

      I have purchased a tredmill (Domyos) from decathlon, kottayam in the month of march 2017. It cost around rs. 43, 000/- and is having a valid warranty of 02 years. Unfortunately the machine got defective by the end of aug. 17 though its was sparingly used by a single person. On contacting the kottayam decathlon branch, the response was poor that the service executive didn't respond as per the request and convenience of the customer and the technician visited on the tenth day of complaining (11 sep. 17) though it was hardly 15 mins drive from their centre. It was found to have defect with its mother board and was taken by the executive promising to get it fixed in a couple of days.
      Since there was no response, i personally visited decathlon, kottayam on 16 sep. 17 and they apologized me that they forgot to order the part from their warehouse at bangalore and it would definitely be done by 19 sep. 17. Where as no body turned up or responded and when contacted they told the part is arrived and it would be fixed. But till late in the evening no body came. On 20th sep. Again i contacted the service team at decathlon, kottayam. This time they are giving the lame excuse that the spare received is again defective and it would take another one week. When asked for the details, they don't respond to my mobile and when i made a call from a different mobile, they transfer the call unnecessary with in the centre not responding responsibly and try to fool.

        This is w. R. T a sporting shoes which i purchased from decathlon store at pune in apr 17 for which the computer generated bill print which i had has faded out. The shoe was purchased by me on 09 apr 17 for which the bank statement is attached. I have been hardly using the shoes for normal jogging /walking purpose not on regular basis. But however within few months o[censored]se the sole and sides of shoe has started tearing apart. I have attached a photo along.

        In the recent past, i have started purchasing only decathlon products owing to the feedback recieved by me from friends. But it is disheartening to receive such low quality products from well reputed firm like yours.

        I would request you to please consider this case and respond back with some positive feedback.

          When i went to their store in sohna road, they told me that forclaz 500 is one of their best trekking shoes which can survive for atleast 10 medium treks.. They also told me that the product is covered in 4 years warranty for the quality of the product. But instead after just 2 treks, the stitching got teared off from inside which is not any physical damage. When i asked them to look into this matter, they denied to check the product.

            My sons bike that i purchased from decathlon in coventry needed a small repair so i gave the bike on monday 1st may, to a member of staff in decathlon who confidently told me it would be ready 2 to 3 days time. This was ideal as my son needed bike for the weekend.. After 4 days i phoned decathlon to see progress of the bike i was informed wouldn't be ready until tues 9th may. My son was greatly disappointed but new there was a lot we could do. Again tue 9th may arrived and no phone call from decathlon i was very angry so i drove to the shop as phone calls got me no were. I asked to speak to someone as i was going to remove the bike and get it fixed somewhere else.. I was apologised ton and again promised my sons bike was now priority and would be fixed by fri 12th may i agreed and left the shop.. Come friday again no bike no phone call. We went away for weekend on return my husband went into the shop on monday 15th may outraged by the service my husband spoke to assistant manager simon who said we wouldn't be charged for the repair and my son can have a free front tire on bike and he personally quarantined bike be done thursday 18th may. I was delighted to get a text 18th may and email to say my sons bike was ready. My son came with me very excited and angry at the same time,,,, but the big shock when i got to decathlon showed the email and text... The bike isn't ready...
            I nearly hit the floor i called the actual store manager over as i wasn't leaving the shop i spoke to deargo who was very nice and pleasant i was introduced to the bike technician craig denny who was rude to me. Said he was also supposed to put anew front wheel tire as promised for free he snapped at me and said no chance do it yourself.. I was very confused at his resposne the manager deargo took my sons bike to the side and fixed the problem himself i came back in an hour and the bike was done.. Im totally disgusted how this went on ive never known such terrible service and felt the need to complain, my son has been heart broken over length of time he was without his bike. My son is only 13 and has autism and his bike is his life and i didn't need such a long drawn out catastrophe on such a small bike repair.

              Yesterday i visited decathlon on s p ring road, ahmedabad and wish to buy couple of stuff but while billing the representative ask for my contact number on which i refuse to provide and prepare the invoice without such details. He refuse and ask for email id as option. I inform him that it should not be mandatory to provide such details for buying such products, but he was adamant and says as per company policy it's mandatory to provide contact details. I ask him to display such policy's in store so consumer should be aware before buying and waiting in queue for 15 mins. Atlast i drop leave without shopping from the store. It's such a waste of time to visit your company store. Nowadays the online fraud is increasing so it should not be kept compulsory to provide such personal details.

                I purchased all weather hiking shoes from Decathlon zirakpur (Punjab) worth Rs. 2799/- on 18.12.2016 and at the time of purchase i was told that the shoe has two years warranty, but unfortunately the shoe got torned (tampered) within one month of purchase from left side (Photo attached). I visited Decathlon Zirakpur twice but the representative says that the warranty only covers sole portion of the shoes and we cannot do anything for this fault only company can do something for you and we filed an e-mail to company's site and we will get back to you when the company's reverted that mail. Sir i am a regular customer of decathlon zirakpur and purchased three pair of shoes and so much stuff from the store with full satisfaction, but this time i m totally unsatisfied from this pair of shoe and also the behaviour of decathlon Zirakpur employees. your early revert for this query is anitcipated otherwise i will take help of consumer forum.                     I m customer of Decathlon for past 3 years with this impression that they deliver what they says, but today when i went to Decathlon Zikarpur Singhpura village store to show them detached pasting of shoes which I purchased from them . During the time of purchase I was told two years guarantee for all types of pasting but now they say pasting of sole with upper part of shoe is covered under guarantee .

                    The attended at store was not even keen to listen my complaint and said you can file complaint direct to company if you want to .
                    I think the expire of guarantee period is close so they want to waste the time .

                    Moreover, i want to say that the store is 70 kms far from my place and I specially went to the store with my genuine complaint.

                      Hi Team,
                      Bought the pair of Kalengi sports shoes from Decathlon Zirakpur store. My account is accessable through my phone number [protected]. Name on the account is Gagandeep Singh. Mesh on the shoes was torned in the first few months of the purchase. Got it replaced. Was asked to wear is less coz I was told that these shoes are not meant to wear for regular usage. Did the same.
                      Still the same issue. Unable to understand. I spent Rs. 1800 and already got it replaced and still the same issue.

                      I would like to replace the product. If not possible, would rather return the same.

                        Before 6 months i had purchased quechua sandal, recently one day both sandles fiber clip was broken it self, i went to shop @ mysore & showed, they told this product dont have warrenty & compony was closed this product. what should i do now what about our trust on decathion & our money ?... that means only wanrrented products should be purchased by coustomers !

                          I bought kiprun ld m black orange pro having item number 547634 for rs 6000 on 20th december 2015 and in just 4 months the shoes have given up in me. The met is all weakened and at places it has holes. Well i did not pay 6000 for holes in my mesh. I am totally dissatisfied and just don't know what to do. Kindly help me.                             I purchased Shoe on dated 27th feb 2016 amounting 2499/-. But now I saw the date of product is written inside the flap is 10.02.2014. The question is why should I got the OLD product i.e. TWO years back stock.

                              I brought Rock rider bike on 7th Sunday around 4pm at Davenhalli Decathlon. Before the purchasing of cycle it was little hard but took assistance some how he was good enough to guide us. After the purchase, service and fixing the accessories was really annoying made us wait for more than 40min for nothing. He is going around every ware, very argent finally we came out with unfixed cycle with a short stand which was no use.

                                  Recently I bought a RockRider 5.1 from the decathlon store in Bannerghatta. My seat and the seat post got stolen. That's why i went to the store to buy a new one. the people there didn't even know what i wanted and ignored us by telling "I don't anything about it". They didn't even know where i can get it. They refused tell the diameter of the cycle's post.
