Please be cautious and never pay advances nor hire cab from this company where ramanjeet singh, a pucca cheater.
He just survives on advance money taken from CUSTOMERs without any proper refund policy and terms of conditions.
I booked a cab to chardam and local trip.
I asked for cab model details, he sent some pics of ertiga and oneday before the trip he revealed that the car shown in the pic had an accident and he cannot provide it.
Initially he agreed for CREDitcard payment for certain amount including gst and other fees. Later he demanded cash and said 18% gst has to be paid extra for giving bill.
I refused the services and asked for my partial amount paid to be refund.
But he disclosed that the amount cannot be refunded and start bargaing to take innova for higher price.
So never ever choose delhicabsonrent.
and also they don't have refund policy, terms and conditions page in their website.
Which clearly indicates it is a pakka 420 company.
I never suggest anyone to fall prey for this ###.

I booked temp traveler on 2nd June for 48K, 4 days, 1000 Kms
Paid 15K Advance amount
Just a day before the trip 9th June, he suggested to increase the amount for unlimited km during the trip and we agreed.
He shared the temp traveler details in the morning and the driver arrived on time.

Just before the trip was about to start, he asked for 5K more., We paid.

Driver denied the trip and we got to know that Ramanjeet is just a agent/broker who then get his commission out of these bookings, He is only concerned about the initial payment and won't provide any service thereafter.

We had a terrible time during the trip as we now had to manage 2 different vendors for the same service and both were not in sync.

Why and whole details Mentioned Below:?

We had plan to go to Kasauli on 4th June 2022 for 3 days with 10 family members for ---travelling we required a Luxury PKN Tempo traveler .

So 1 week before 4th June search began and I enquired on online portal in google – Delhicabsonrent with concerned person Ramanjeet Singh – he gave us the quotation in wats up message with total fare 36000Rs ( 750Km, toll & parking inclusive – Extra KM – Rs 30 ) which was slightly higher .

But due to non availability of traveler I had to confirm this person as he had assured me that he has the availability and I need to pay advance for booking .

For booking he was adamant to transfer Rs 10000 otherwise booking will not be accepted –till the time booking was not done he was in regular following up .

So on 2nd June, Post all my hotel bookings I transferred Rs 10000 Through Paytm – Name HIRE CAB.

So after transfer whole scenario got changed I had been following up for confirmation of amount transfer – details for driver and travelers no.

He always Picks the phone and says will confirm and share the details – he didn’t shared any voucher or receipt for booking confirmation .

Till 3rd June in evening 6pm – a day before travel date – he was not willing to share anything and trying to justify the reason ( 2-3 travelers are there with good drivers we are selecting the best and getting it cleaned n dry cleaned so movement its done will share )

So finally at evening bomb blasted multiple times:

Now the fare has been increased to 46000RS as travelers are not available in market Remarked – so you had no choice you need to pay us – after hot discussion Rs 46000 has been reduced to Rs 42000 –So I agreed because I didn’t had any option – complete harassment .
Post my confirmation of giving RS 42000 – he shared a number of new person

Mr vineet kundra –mob no – [protected] – Kundra travels – Moti Nagar ---He shared the vehicle no – HR69D7999 driver Name --Sonu

Now coordination was handled by Vineet Kundra – All this was happening late evening at 7 Pm
Now vineet Kundra was asking to transfer another 5000 Rs to him immediately So the traveler can be sent to your location and balance amount need to be given to driver in morning .

Both the people were trying to take benefit as I was helpless and they clearly know that they had reached to a situation where customer need to say yes as he won’t be able to arrange anything in market in so short time .

But again on hot verbal discussion they agreed all money transfer will happen next morning when traveler reaches at customer place.
At 11am in night I received a voice message from Vineet kundra that Traveller has mechanical problem so you need to cancel it or will be able to send next day post 12 pm .
Both the people had been answering my calls and trying to convince me to take the traveler on next day afternoon .

Which was impossible for me as I cannot cancel my Kasuli Hotel stay booking with value around 75K .
So on frustration and mental harassment I asked them to cancel my booking and Refund my Rs 10000 – this was happening around 11pm in night –a day before travel .
So they cleary said we cannot refund your money because we are providing you traveler next day in late afternoon – its you are saying no – they were not willing to listen or understand the loss I will have with my whole family of 10 peoples which includes my parents who are senior citizen .
So I decided not to call them or talk to them as I clearly understood that I had been trapped under their scam of fraud and their best part is they will always answer your call and get the things manipulated which your tavel iternery will not match post confirmation of booking .

plz help in getting refund of Rs 10000

and the person Name Ramanjeet should be penalised and the whole Web portal of online business - delhicabsonrent --should be scrapped.

We had booked the Tempo Traveller from Delhi to Manali to Amritsar to Delhi for 8 days for 55, 000/- basis the confirmation over call and WhatsApp. We paid 10000/- as advance on 23rd November . We were travelling from Bangalore and had booked our flights basis the confirmation however when we had 4 days to go, we called to confirm the flight details but to our surprise we were said that we either pay 70000/- or cancel. We had to start our search again as our accommodation and flights were already booked. Finally after our search and request we were able to get one vehicle and booked the same. Now that vehicle is booked we asked for refund from Delhi Cabs on rent but we were told that they cannot refund and would provide the vehicle for the same rate. We doesn't want to rent the vehicle as we cannot trust anymore and also we have paid the advance to another company. We are taking 4 senior citizen and 2 kids and cannot put them all on risk if we don't get the vehicle after reaching Delhi. Also we cannot put ourselves at risk of paying how much ever they are asking after we reach Delhi.

This is just an harassment. They have not only cheated but put us in lot of mental stress at the last minute.

We would just need our advance payment of 10, 000/-
