I have cancelled Dhani One Freedom card in the month of May 2021 and not at all using the card and now they are charging subscription charges from July onwards. Now I have saw in the app total due is Rs. 1770 for till date.

Non cancellation of one freedom card
I had issued the card which I had used twice, after using I have paid all the dues accordingly on the emi date and now I am not able to cancel the card as it is showing due amount. I have given a complaint against this issue to the customer care but no response from their side . They are charging monthly fee of Rs.589/- which I have been paying from the month of July till now. The customer care executive is telling that I have a due left even after paying all of them. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. And cancel the card immediately.

One freedom card
Close my Dhani one freedom card and its subscriptions.
Cancel my plan of Dhani One Freedom Plan and Cancel my n-Ach Mandate ( ECS ) with associated with paytm Bank, due to financial issue I am unable to continue the membership of Dhani One Freedom Plan. the card is yet not active but shows an amount to be paid to activate it. please cancel it completely i would prefer to cancel it and be levied no charges as i have not used the credit yet and dont want to use it. i was not aware of the subscription charges.

Dof card
I am have activated my DOF card on 13 April 2021 for 6824 rupees. The EMI is of 3 of installment, according to that EMI is till June. So I Stop using the card and I deactivate the card, called and spoke with CSE regarding the cancellation of subscription also. He confirmed the same saying it will take two working days to complete.
But till now it has not happened now when I am calling them every month and mailing the complainant to Grievance and support team.
But it is of no use.
Kindly help me to cancel the card.
I don't want the DOF card. Cancel the card subscription and wave off the feed for the period which I have not used.
Looking for the action to be taken at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Earlier I was having Dhani Freedom Credit Card No. [protected] which is not active from last two months after paying Subscription fees and given 100 reminders for making card activation even though currently it is not active / already blocked by me. I am being charges Rs.4167 + GST charges from last 3 months :- details are as follows:-
I am going through very bad period, lost job plus Credit Card EMIs are pending over a period of time. Dhani / Axis Bank is charging consolidation charges of around Rs.5, 000/- including GST every month which has put me in a miserable condition.
For your kind information, I am attaching statement which clearly shows the charges levied by Dhani and I have also confirmed from Bank they said we have not deducted any charges from you and we will not pay you anything for the same it is Dhani is deducting every month.
Kindly help me with the same. Either de-activate my card or pay consolidation charges which is Rs.25, 000/- without calling Dhani contact number or follow up. I am attaching Bank Statement : Password : SHYA[protected]

Regarding paid due

I had taken 500 daily credit limit from dhani on 22 oct. Today I paid that due. Money has been debited from account also. Transaction has been successfully completed. But again in dhani app it is showing due amount as 270 . Plz resolve this issue as soon as possible

I want to cancel my Dhani freedom card membership. I have paid all due amount with one month subscription charges but every month subscription charges is increasing while I am not using card and paid all dues.
I have sent mail many time around 20 times but dhani freedom card is not cancelled and I did not get any option for cancel in Dhani app.

Still Subscription charges is adding and as of now charges is showing 6400 Rs.
I have availed once time Dhani freedom card in Jan.2021 and used 600 Rs. Approx. Once in one month after done total payment, I have raised request by mail to cancel card and but card is not cancelled and subscription charges are adding in every month.
I have sent 100 times mail to dhani support but no one is helping to resolve the issue and I have also rised complaint in consumer forum for cancel card.
I have paid all due amount for card cancel which asked by dhani customer executive by Ajay Sangwan and he has shared link for payment for card closing.
After payment done, He has confirmed my card has been closed and will be get NOC after some time.
After some time I have checked and found, my card is not cancelled and subscription charges is adding and now total outstanding is showing is 5669 Rs.
Currently I am facing finicially issue and I don't have any job

Today almost 24 working days over and still dhani did not credited my money i also tried to contact them but their customer service but every time they telling me 48 hrs will credited this amount but after 48 hrs same complaint raised again. Now pls help me in this matter because i saw many peoples review about dhani their money also stucked and dhani not refunded anybody's money and take some hard action against dhani pls. We dont want this type of Digital India where Our Hard earned money gone into hell.

even amazon give me a RRN number(reference number) and actually RRN number generates when actuall refund is successfully reflected towards murchant, that means dhani goted the refund. (RRN number is a proof)

they always saying that we don't have refund from amazon even i share a proofs of refund details with dhani, they are not ready to take proper action over this...
please resolve this because you can't leave topic whenever your money get stuck anyever.

Dhani wallet amount transferred but not received in bank

Last night I had made a purchase from dhani credit line and I received a cashback so i wanted to transfer a part of that amount to my bank acount
Which i eventually did however i still haven't received and it has not been reflected in my bank account
And it is bothering me to such an extent that i feel my trust on indiabulls dhani conpany is at jeopardy.
I have mailed them thrice about this issue in their support id (dhani support) but they are not paying any heed to it whatsoever
Please help me out here.
I want my money to get reflected in my bank account.

Money not refunded from last 3 weeks by dhani
I cancelled my order from amazon and money is reflected by amazon to dhani at 08 sep 2021. i am trying to contact customer care but they are not providing satisfactory responce and today is almost done 3 weeks but still not got my refund from dhani.

More emi debit after paid on time

Am taking small credit line loan of 8000 & emi per month is rs200 am always paid emi on time on 5th of every month but they always debit extra amount from my account as penalty charges . my app is not more working for shown all over paid details . am continuously mailed to company mail id but they didn't response. after that on this month they didn't cut any emi from my amount till date ..am again mail for this but no response …please someone help me against it .

Money was deducted by dhani wallet but not received in my bank
Today at 12:29 AM I transferred my dhani wallet money to my Paytm bank account but it was deducted by the wallet and not recieved in the bank yet.
