Fraudulent transaction

I deeply regret on what happened to me today. I received call message from some system number and asking to activate the Jio by today.
Then someone called me and told we have to recharge for 10 rupees in order to activate the Jio account. Then to initiate that he told firstly we have to install Team viewer app and i have installed it. Then 10 rupees he asked me to pay, as the recharge is for my dad and he called me to my dad number. I have paid that 10 rupees using my mobile number and account
Later he asked me for the reference number i told him it is there in my mobile, and he told he wanted to see that inorder to activate as it is virtual. I have installed it and he asked me to open myjio there and use other payment options to recharge.
I didnt realise that time he has access to my mobile, then i remember i use that 10 rupee recharge but i dont know what system they have and soon i can see that 20k deducted from my account and when i opened my app its changing to 40 and within fraction of seconds it strike my mind that that something is not right. I restarted my phone forcefully as he has acess to my mob and he is not allowing me to do that. But luckily i did it. But i already lost 40 k by that time.
I beg you please take necessary action that person.

Amount transfer
I have done 1 transfer of my money from Wallet to bank account today but money is not credited into my bank account.

Money Deducted from Wallet but not transferred in my bank account

I have done 4 transactions, in this sequence 110rs, 5137rs1 4932rs, and 3996rs. the first transaction of 110rs is reflecting in my account but after that rest of the 3 transactions are not reflecting in my bank account. I have tried to call the customer care but somehow they don't have any option we can connect to customer care executive they only will redirect us to a computer audio and it will ask to use Dhani App and If Payment is done via NEFT then It should be received in 24hrs but its almost more than that. I am attaching a snapshot for clarity.

Money deducted from my account without taking any loan

Hello sir, 10 days ago i made account on dhani app and done e mandate with my account as the asked me to do so but after some time they start deducting money from my account and total of Rs 2300 has been deducted from my account without taking any service or credit line from the dhani app. I have emailed my bank transaction statement to dhani email id but they does not give me satisfied answer and i asked to my bank and they told me that money is deducting from the finance company named dhani as you have done e mandate with it. Please help me on this issue.

Loan foreclose

I am balakishore.i was taken 5000 they disturbed 4216rs but i didn't use one rupee from loan amount .and from day one i am sending mails to indan blus to close my loan but there is no proper respone from dhani.
I have taken loan by mistakenly so i want to foreclosure my loan I didn't use one rupee from your money. but they are not providing NOC for loan closeting.its a 12 months EMI but i want to close it even though thay want me to pay 5150 for close my loan but they are not allowing me to close my loan. Please solve it. dhani pay cash also useless until the all EmI's are complete.

No response from customer care
I signed up for dhani super saver card for 5% cashback. I tried to load 10k rs into the account after adding in small amounts for first few times. After entering the otp for the txn of 10k in the app, i got an error page in dhani but amount was debited from the account. So i emailed the company for initiating the refund along with mobile number i used for registration and customer id and the message from bank about the transaction. I got a reply which says 'this is in reference to your request / inquiry regarding loan application.' and asking for loan application number. This is the incompetence level of their customer care. I have posted the same asking for initiating refund in twitter as well as instagram in which they ask me to send mobile number in private message which i did immediately and still no response from them. Now i waiting for getting the 10k rs from this incompetent and pathetic customer service. So avoid loading money to dhani wallet, 5% cashback is just a scam and i saw many complaints raised by others.
