Maine indiabulls dhani se instant loan lya hai . Jiski emi month ki 5th ko kat lete hai .or baad main ek month me 2nd time emi debt krte hai to balance low hone ke karn emi bounce ho jati hai plz mera koi hal nikala jaye or mera bouncing ka refund kiya jaye .app check bhi kr sakte hai ke mere account se emi sahi time pr kati hai pr fr bhi mujhe bouncing charge lge hai .mujhe mere Paise refund kro plzEvery month meri emi on time per mere account...

Today morning at 9:52 A.M i transfer amount of rs 4300 from dhani wallet to my registered bank account but still amount not transfer/credited... Dhani customer support mailed me if funds transfer is initiated on a working day between 9am-5pm, amount gets credited in the account on the same day.
Same day amount is not credited, very pathetic service......

It's so aggreviating that they offer loan in 3 minutes which is completely untrue. No sense of what an appointment means. So far I have called 10 times in 5 days and every time the rep reschedules the appointment and the field office never turns up.
Either cancel the loan or share an update on the loan. Please do not waste our valuable time.
A suggestion to you guys is to work on your SOP and improve your process flow...
