I clearly told that I am not going to pay any amount for that card. Without my authorization taken the money from my credit card

Kindly note Few day ago i received one phone call in my mobile like i called from dining plus India and we give the card with out any charges so i wrongly understand all their words and i gave the my visa credit card full no and after six month i seen my SMS alert & mails with out my approval DINING PLUS INDIA guys taken the money from my credit...

Dining plus card company miss guide and take 5499/- form HDFC CREDIT card from my account
firstly say no charge his marketing person and than charge from HDFC card . I have not take this card.pls return my rupess otherwise i will do Police case. Pls reply me on my mob. no.-[protected] asap.
