No refund for missing items
I ordered few items on 21st April of amount rs 770. One item of amount rs 594 was missing. I immidiately raised a complaint and the app asked me to send email. I did the same but no response from the support since over 24 hours. I tried raising multiple complaints and managed to talk to the support. The representative said my money will be refunded but then it has been over 7 days but no updates on the app regarding the refund status. I tried contacting again but the same issue.

please dont order vegetables from dunzo, plus they dont have a customer service for refunds so good luck

I have ordered 1kg Amul ghee from dunzo which INR 420 Rs. But yet I did not got my order. I have complained on dunzo support team about this but they told me to write an email on [protected]@dunzo.in and have wrote but yet I did not get any response from there and return when I am trying to complain on support team in dunzo applications, there showing " please reach on [protected]@dunzo.in ". I don't know what I do therefore I have complained here for better resolution.

Recent orders from xpress mart- dunzo are either not recieved or recieved in lesser quantity
Hi,
The delivery partner came with wrong items and marked my items as delivered and took those items back. I wasted time, money, and did not receive the items as well.
In my other delivery, I have ordered 1 liter of milk, I just received 1/2 litre of milk, on raising support ticket, they are asking us to wait for 12 days for response?
In another order, I have received expired date chicken, on multiple rounds with support, I received the refund.
Dunzo's support is the worst, they are not providing any help for such cases. what kind of support is this?
I mean seriously, what is expected from the customer?
What kind of services are these, why can't you have a calling system for support, and why a customer has to report such issues through emails. If they have to do all this, why will they order from dunzo?

I have ordered ice cubes and i received water packet after 1 hour.just from nearest store.the behaviour of customer supports executives are rude and they can’t solve problem and saying for dropping a mail to their maid id. For mailing the complaint there is no order id mentioned anywhere in the application of my recent orders

Dunzo Delivery
Regret to say that DUNZO SERVICE HAS GONE BAD TO WORST.We deliver food items through Dunzo. Off late it has happened that the delivery person cancels the order citing some or other reason. We had been bearing this so long, but today it was the limit. ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY THE DELIVERY GUYS THRICE. EACH TIME THEY WOULD SAY THAT MY BIKE HAS BROKEN DOWN, OR I AM FAR AWAY, ETC. THEN WHEN THE FOURTH GUY WAS ASSIGNED, WE CALLED HIM. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT. HE SAID THAT PETROL HAS SKY ROCKETED, WE CANNOT AFFORD. WE SAID IT'S BETWEEN YOU AND DUNZO TO SORT OUT, WHY YOU GUYS MAKE US SUFFER, ON WHICH HE ARROGANTLY REPLIED THAT IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU DON'T PUT THE ORDER. Eventually, he did come to collect the order, but again started speaking rudely and arrogantly... No manners how to speak to a female. It's high time that Dunzo improves on it's services, and if cannot, just shut the shop.

Delivery Partner trespassing and verbally insulting.

Dunzo delivery partner Senthamizhan P. ([protected]) was very rude when he delivered the order to me. I am living in the church and after delivering the order. I told him to leave and he refused to leave and stood in that place for 10 long minutes. Even after, I told him to leave. What kind of behaviour is this ? He was very rude in his behaviour and refused to even speak to me by showing sign languages. I want you to look into this. I felt very disturbed because of his behaviour. I have never seen anyone delivering the order in this way and refusing to leave after delivering the order by scrolling down on Newsfeed of Social media and responding poorly to the customers. This is a New Year day and this kind of behaviour makes a customer like me to feel very unsafe. That too I am assistant pastor of the church. I ask you to kindly look into this matter and respond to me

We had ordered non veg items from Chick Choice Lajpat Nagar thru Dunzo. All items were bad poor quality the order was less than ordered quantity third class food items. Neither Dunzo nor Chick Choice is willing to take any complaints nor refunding the money nor has any apology. They keep asking for images, how can you tell the quality of the food from images. We had to throw out most of the items as they were stale and poor quality. Dont...

Non delivery of medicines and non existent customer support

I had ordered Ayurvedic medicines for a refill prescription worth INR 1200 from my doctor on 14th Sep 2021. They were picked up around 5:15pm and were due to be delivered is about 30mins or so. Thereafter I spoke to the delivery person around 1906hrs but we couldn’t hear each other very well - he did manage to tell me that he is close by and would call me back. After that no call and no medicines either! The biggest surprise was Dunzos non existent support - there was only a chat where after 2.5 hrs of repeated requests for a call back, someone decided to call us. He was extremely unhelpful and kept parroting the same things over and over again. He said he needed to ‘investigate’ the matter!! So we gave him all the details. In all of this, he also kept saying the delivery guy wasn’t answering their calls and the one time he did, he said he was apparently stuck in a traffic jam that seems to have lasted until morning or is still going on! 15th morning and no medicines, no call from the delivery guy, NOone on Dunzo chat, NOONE on their so called grievances number which is the n their website. How does such an organisation get permissions to operate??

I have ordered grocery from dunzo but got rotten products. I have raised issue with dunzo support but they refused to refund and replace product. Shopkeeper are dumping their expired and rotten product to customer with the help of dunzo team. Its pathetic that just to run their buisness they are extorting people hard earn money.

I have been using dunzo since years, now since I have issues with my orders, 6th June yesterday and today and also before 6th june, no refund has been disbursed, I haven’t got any refund, and they just don’t respond to anything clearly instead without asking they close chat, without a proper resolution, I have been trying since so long, not happening, please give me all my money back, we will anyway stop using Dunzo because of such behaviour issues

Am an entrepreneur in Bangalore, your delivery boy cheated me with a wrong cat. I paid 24000 for the blue eye persian when we tried calling him back for return he was using your company name and said he is working for dunzo.He is a NGO working for a delhi team. He deliver the wrong cat to me. When my brother ask him to come back he told he is dunzo delivery boy. Where we don't have dunzo service in our location. I don't know whether dunzo also supporting such practices or they are not aware of misusing their company name for such illegal practices. I ordered normal soan papdi but got coconut one which was wrong product delivered for which dunzo refused to refund… and after two days I ordered fruits and got fully rotten fruits for which I complained but dunzo refused refund… its been 7-8days I’m complaining but my issue is not been solved.. I request you to please solve my problem

Food with mosquito received
Hie I ordered food yesterday. I literally found a mosquito in the food. Raised a complaint dunzo raised a complaint instead of funding the amount back and stated they will call or email in 6 hours it's been a day. Now they have not taken the complaint seriously nor called nor the refund is initiated

Yesterday night on 30th April my friend ordered 2kg chicken drumstick from his home using my account of dunzo and he made the chicken and I and 3 of my other friends ate it and since morning none o[censored]s are feeling better, we have been in bed since morning and we are having food poisoning. Dunzo is good but my chicken purchase experiences have been bad from dunzo I want immediate assistance please intervene. This is health related in covid times not acceptable

Received wrong products
The number i used to place the order- [protected] .I ordered 10 frootis worth Rs 20 (250ml)And have received 10 frootis worth Rs 10 (150ml). I raised the issue via email. They replied saying that “nothing can be done, we just ensure you that this doesn’t happen again”. What is this? I asked them to either return the items or provide with the replacement. They are not replying now.

Received less items than ordered
I placed an order for 5 apple barbicans. And i have received only 4 barbicans. The number i used to place the order - [protected]. The delivery person while delivering the item told me that the shop had only 4 items. He said for the 5th item the money will be refunded. But they haven’t refunded it yet.

Bad Quality of Chicken Delivered

I had ordered chicken from the app which was under 'treats' offer on the 4th december 2020. Due to some exigencies i had leave town after throwing the chicken into the deep freezer.
Upon my return, i used half of the chicken to cook. To my surprise when i ate, it tasted with some pungent preservative like taste, some sort of a medicine in it i guess. Though the chicken is absolutely fine and not rotten. Attached are the pictures for your reference.
I contacted the chat section demanding a refund. But i was put down stating its 'after too many days i have requested for a refund.'
on the contrary, my friend too had ordered the same chicken on the same day and she too happen to cook it today. Apparently she too complaint simultaneously together with me to the customer care chat and she ended up getting a refund immediately. Attached are the pictures as a proof.

why the discrimination with me? why is that i am not entitled for a refund. Why is it my case is being dealt or treated differently?
dropped repeated reminders even to the founder ceo of the company. But of no use! cheap leaders with cheap values who dont really carr about their customers. And they talk about professionalism...

Refusing to return my cargo
I have lost my valuable cargo using this app.
They are not even ready to resolve the problem.
