I had order some items worth Rs 467
Dunzo order no 10VFE2J7116.

The delivery boy came with 2 milk packets only.
I mailed the customer care regarding this but they are not helping me with the refund. Kindly look into the matter asap

I had ordered some snacks for the baby from dunzo on 18th august 2022
when i opened the bag i found a dead cockroach in the bag, I tried to raise a complaint through the app but this is no proper response from them.

I was placing order from Dunzo app on 4 Aug 2022 around 6:50 Pm.
Money got deducted but order not placed.
Many follow ups at Dunzo support did not work.
Please help me to get my money back.

This has happened twice. I have ordered products of certain brand. And I have been delivered wrong brand items. Also there is no space to even calk the vendor to mention that he delivered a wrong item. Dunzo itself doesn't have that complaint space.

Hi Ordered for 1.5 kgs blue crabs through Dunzo from a vendor called Fipola and on 500gms was delivered, when i contacted the support folks they confirmed that the missing items will be delivered in a while. i was shocked to see a meeage back from Dunzo stating my order has been cancelled and partial refund has been processed.

Now really sure is it a way to dispose the leftover meat to customers. i dont have any clue what to do with just 550 gms of crab meat.

i suggest and also have decided that i will never ever order anything from Dunzo

I paid 626 rupees for an order they got deducted but order did not placed

I ordered Ice cream along with vegetables. But when I received the material I found 2 no’s of Ice cream box of Rs 431/- was missing. I immediately contacted through help option. But after lot of time still my complaint not resolved and asked to send email. I sent email with details and it’s vey surprising that got reply that we can’t refund. This is really very pathetic service from Dunzo. How can Dunzo can’t refund if you are not delivered the items. It’s cheating from Dunzo.

I ordered a few items from dunzo which was cancelled by the merchant due to unavailability of resources. The payment was made through UPI which was worth rs.206. After cancellation I was informed by the application that I would be receiving the refund in 7 working days. It's has already been more than 20 days I am not getting the refund amount back. Please help me on this.

I have not received my refund yet everytime I ask them they say ot has been initiated and this has been going on for over a week.

Today i, e 16/7/2022 i have order groceries worth more than 1000 in dunzo, got at 888 with discount and offer on products, but what happened in my order list i have added monkey 555 broom, the MRP of broom is 130rs but they have charged 152rs and mentioning 160rs as cost in dunzo app!

This is with regards to the order placed on 29th June 2022 at 7:07 PM from Dunzo App. I reached out to helpdesk through app chat and I was told to receive an email but no further updates on this. Please find attached screenshot of chat.

I even sent out multiple emails on this issue to [protected]@dunzo.in but did not receive any respose.

The product quality is too much bad

I I ordered some items on 25th June 2022 and dunzo cancelled my order and did not give me my refund. There is no customer care support system in dunzo they do not have any contact number and when I try to chat about my problem they always and sure that I will get my refund in 5 to 7 working days but it has been more than 15 days now and till now I did not get my refund.

Ordered cake for my daughter birthday and it is completely smashed and damaged.. They don't even own their mistake and put it on cake shop whereas the mistake is on them.. How can you ruin someone special day and just say will refund the delivery charges.. What will one do with your refund. Atleast have good customer service and make up for your mistakes. Very bad experience

I ordered guava and harpic toilet cleaner but I get cucumber and harpic bathroom cleaner.. What the hell is this.. I share pictures with them still they can't reply and ignore my mails.. Refuse to refund my amount.. I don't want their wrong items then why they can't take their items and give my money back

I have very bad experiences with mangoes. I have received very poor quality or damaged items of mangoes. They were sending 60% damaged/poor quality with good items. I faced this problem nearly 8times. Every time, i have given complaint with proofs and submitted through the app. But they are very care less, no body called me regards the complaints. They are not maintaining any customer care number for contact. These app is cheating by sending poor quality items. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

I have ordered KPN Tamarind cake 500grams on Jun 15 8.05p.m. The received item was very old stock and i checked the item was about to expire. it was packed in Apr-22. I have give compliant through chat. They have not responded. Nobody didn't called me. No action was taken. They are running business without customer care number. it is very bad. No response for mails and chat. Please take necessary action.

I have ordered 8 items, out of the 8items 4 items were mot delivered. the items were green cardamom, Sunfeast yippee masala noodles, Curry leaves and chicken cubes. Total worth of the items is 108/-. I have given complaint through chat. because no other source is not available. I have never seen no other app was running without contact customer care number. I don't know how permission has given by concerned authorities without proper customer care monitoring system. My request is immediately band this app. For any complaint automatic reply will come, no body will contact and o body will enquire about the issue. I ordered chicken leg piece for my daughter(7 years old) .. But i received a product without packing date from xpress mart, Anna nagar and the chicken is expired..i requested for refund..This is a serious issue going in Tamilnadu and other states..but i didn't expect this from dunzo.. Iam very much disappointed, please cancel the chicken leg piece product from your site.. Don't play with others life. .

Im' residing in S.V Towers, Old Washermenpet, Chennai. On June 7th Morning around 7:40 a DUNZO delivery person came to my flats for some delivery. While returning he stolen my helmat from the parking area, which was clearly recorded in the security camera.

This unfari and discrediable approach from the DUNZO delivery person .

It good take action on this kind of persons.

When I received the item, bag was not sealed, I have contacted Dunzo chat support, but no resolution yet.

I usually order grocery from DUNZO online delivery app, no issues till date.
Today the delivery guy called, being at the street, i thought he was at my door as usual & told him I will come, he was not there, so I called him, he disconnected my call.
He called after sometime & started shouting at me for not coming.
Its ok, it was totally a misunderstanding, he came to my door, I tried to explain, he just shouted & throwed the package near the door & left.

I had ordered 4 litres of gold winner sunflower oil through dunzo app and had made a payment of rupees 732 but the dunzo company didn't deliver the product and concluded that the product was delivered
