Had tried to make a purchase on dunzo twice. On both occasions the payment was processed from my end but they say the payment has failed. My account statement clearly shows the amount has been debited to them. Every time i ask them, they have a standard reply - that it'll take 5-7 business days.

    Hi as i had made a payment in app but no order was placed but money got cut so i spoke to the customer care regarding this they told me it has been imitated but usually whenever the refund is initated to my acc i get a message saying my money has been initated and it will take few working day and it comes but this time no message and no refund and they are so stubborn saying that speak to the bank the money has been refunded and when i asked my bank the manager told me that no refund has been initated by dunzo and this is not the first time it’s happening to me and to the bank same thing the manager had to tell so kindly look into this cuz they haven been doing this scam since long time because no one takes an action or complaints thank you

      Dunzo have fake and illiterate partners.in mumbai non of them speak properly in any language no respect no manners, well forget that all this kinda online cheap category store those who even sell single cigarette we can accept this! The dunzo seller doesn’t have shop submitted all the photos of nature basket and high end shop of fruits and vegetables and get registered their self as a partner of dunzo to sell the cheapest product. The product which dunzo guy delivery are stored under the shade where there is no safety of food product i have seen with my own eyes mouse are roaming on the food stuff they deliver us that! Why because dunzo employ doesn’t have time to visit the shop and verify it with proper documents city mumbai, andheri west, area yari road. The dunzo sellers in yari road have showed that they have 5000 sq feet storage clicked and up loaded high end super market photo and natures basket photos which even i think dunzo employees are aware of but they are getting money to keep their mount close. The shop running in the name dunzo partner is located where there is no proper shade no safety for food product all open like onion potato’s vegetables are getting licked by warms and cockroaches. How can this people are so irresponsible? How can such big online store get the business partner so blindly without verification their food licence fassai license their shop there food product? Dunzo should add their business partner those who have all the food license and government permission to sell the food items etc. Today people are fighting with deadly virus and this online store doesn't even know with whom they are business partners.

        I ordered some groceries and some items were wrongly delivered and other items are competely bad..
        No bill was given to me..
        Its like pure cheating. 75% of the order was completely worst. Already rotten heavily damaged and unsuitable to use.
        I contacted these guys and shared the images and they just gave some template messages copy pasted it twice and went offline and since then no reply.
        I want these guys to refund my money and take the stuffs back.

          I ordered two items and paid for two items but the delivery executive told me that only one item was available and so he delivered only one item and promised to refund for the other item that was not delivered but i didn't get any refund and worst customer service from dunzo app in hyderabad. I have been sending them email but didnt get any response after that

            The dunzo partner behaved unprofessionally, been rude, and manhandled the order, is this the way it is?, is this the way we expect cx service from you guys???

            On top of that de tells me in a recorded call, that learn kannada before you order, later on when i ask the de not to come to my location as he has behaved unprofessionally, he came to my location harassed me by calling me over and over again and embarrassed me in front of my neighbors and security person by shouting on that call, i rejected the order and didnt rcv that order!!

            Is this the way it is?, is this the way we expect cx service from you guys??? Dunzo???

              This is second incident when I successfully made the payment infact twice as first time it did not reflect on dunzo app. However they keep denying and telling me that payment is failure and pay again. I had raised a ticket in Paytm since payment was made through Paytm UPI and at my end ( bank account & Paytm account) it was successful, Paytm confirmed me that it was successful done twice. Still dunzo differed to that and asking me to make payment again.
              Same thing happened last month as well where they said money will be reversed to origin in 5-7 business days but that never happened.

                I booked the Rakhi packet to send to my brother via Denzo with all the details. like complete address with the receiver mobile number.
                Then Denzo Partner called to my brother and ask for the exact location once he reaches the nearby his home. receiver person asked him to send a live location. So he can help him. but Denzo partner told him, he has other task and his phone went not reachable.
                Denzo partner even not thought about informing me! and Marked the packet delivered in the Denzo app.
                And the worst, He took rakhi, chocolates and other stuff which is in the box and denied to return.

                So I lost:- Rakhi packet with other stuff and 205 service charge.

                Denzo Solution on this:- extremely sorry, but we can not send the packet back and 205 rs as well.

                  Dunzo partner training is very very poor, they don't know to communicate with customers, show panties and bra and whisper ordered to neighborhood when searching for the address. Theytake payment and don't deliver, cancel orders randomly, no customer confidentiality is maintained. They have very poor support and partnera have poor communication and understanding of products and services. They are untrained some don't understand neither hindi nor english. They are from telangana small towns. Support team does not respond at all

                    Dear brother's and sister's and friends please stop using Dunzo app for booking anything because they are making us addicted to run out for our own work rather we will using Dunzo but when I started using first time it looks easy and fast and safe but later when I had issue I check in app to contact dunzo customer care number but they don't have any contact number any where to connect Dunzo and we have to chat only it this they will make you to wait how much ever time they want they might be eating or sleeping or talking personal matters and might be busy in there own works who knows but we have to wait for there response till they replay and if the Dunzo pattern didn't come back to delivery the product we have to run to there place which we don't know where it is. I am very serious about this matter pls don't use this and get addicted with this app they will take advantage and some time we are noticing the price gradually increase 5++ Rupees and after I felt to check the reviews and feedback about Dunzo thousands of people have some many complaints that they have not received the the item or materials or products of there belongings and know I think this is kind of robbery done professionally like throwing mud in your eyes in day time ... Guys I have lot more to say about this but I request everyone to stop using this app and connect me on WhatsApp who got cheated and lost the belongings will fight for you from all the corners...[protected]

                      Since I had a problem with Zomato, I ordered food in Dunzo app yesterday. In that app, a task can be assigned where I have assigned the delivery executive to collect the restaurant and hand it over to me for which I had to pay some fee. I paid the restaurant through phone pay app and delivery executive collected the food. When I called him, he said he will come my home in ten minutes. I waited for more than 2 hours but he did not deliver the food. I tried calling his number, but he did not attend my call and disconnected the call. In sometimes he switched off the mobile and the next day he blocked my number. I raised a complaint in Dunzo for which there was not one to resolve the problem. Chat support people told Dunzo is not responsible for such issues. There is no contact number to raise our concerns. The number provided as customer support is not connecting

                        I had actually ordered dove shampoo 200 ml from apollo pharmacy sec. 14 of rs of 47 with adjusting dunzo cash and with proof and their partner delivered 80 ml bottle because he is master mind and we are big gawar when i checked into the product i returned shampoo at the time now their partner does not picking up my call and they are not responding of any mail massages this is totally fraud.

                        Can't trust.. they will say refeund will be processed in 5-7 business days but actually it never happened. If you paying through UPI it clearly says successfully done to "Dunzo" there UPI can be seen on the page but they still differ and say no we haven't received the payment and pay again.

                          Delivery partner cheated me by not supplying all the items provided. He did not produce bill and ran off.

                          Tried contacting dunzo support a lot many times, but they just do not bother to reply or support.

                          I need my money back. They are not even giving me delivery partner details to lodge a police complaint.

                          I need support from you, cant lose my hard earned money. They are doing fraud business

                            I ordered fruit from Dunzo online delivery application, first they ask me to pay 83rs as mention in picture, then they increases the bill without my permission ask me to pay more 55 rs.still i didnt recieve the items.when i tried customer helpline, this people dont revert you back.this is not the first time happening.They raise price after ordering.Customer service is very poor.

                              Dunzo didn’t provide a bill for a recent purchase they made for me. They charged extra - i checked the rates with the store and confirmed. Even after 3 days of following up there is no response and they’re not returning the additional charge. A store bill has to be provided to claim money from a customer - this is the basic requirement. When i asked the delivery person for the invoice he literally ran away. Dunzo service is getting worse by the day. Even after several messages included an email to their grievances id, there is no resolution.
                              Exactly same thing happened with me. He supplied 4 items out of 15. Charged me for full 15 items.

                              Failed to produce bill

                              Dunzo support team is not bothered at all.
                              Have faced the same issue and not once but on almost all my orders including fruits & vegetables. They claim that the prices reflected on the app at the time of ordering are catalogue prices which get updated with the actual store prices once the order is completed. The prices did get updated but very conveniently the Item total never changed. And the price differences are HUGE.
                              After confronting the customer support, they outright rejected my complaint first but later reimbursed the money. Happened again on my next order. The difference was Rs. 203. Without giving any explanation, they just reimbursed the total bill amount.

                              And the delivery partners NEVER upload a bill copy and are told to upload random pics of the grocery purchased. On directly asking the store partner, he mentioned that Dunzo charges them 20% margin on each order. Clearly they are charging the customer a higher price. But their mark up is very HIGH. Almost Rs. 250-300 on ONE bill. I understand that they need to make profits too. But this clearly feels like a SCAM to me.
