optical navi key is not working

hi, I purchased Nokia E72 white in colour on 21/11/2010 for Rs 17452.01
The optical Navi Key is not working at all.
I have visited the nearest nokia care also even after geting the software updated the problem is still there.
kindly help me for the same and get my hand set replaced as m facing a lot of problem....
