I have ordered a magicyoyo unresponsive professional yoyo on 11th Jan 2022 from eassymall. Paid Rs. 892 in advance. It is showing order(OID56186) is confirmed, But not shipped yet. I dropped few messages and requests to deliver my product soon but no reply. There is no contact or customer care number availble to contact with. Kindly help me to get my product delivered as soon as possible. I bought that product for my son's bday and I don't think it is going to get delivered before his bday.

I paid money but they didn't update my order status

I had ordered from the Easysmall app on an order which I was to get within 9 to 25 days, but have placed that order. I have completed more than 25 days and now am in 2022 but that order is still confirmed and they are not delivering to me.I deducted Rs 1118 due from the order

We have placed an order for Stainless Steel Floor Drain Plug-In Balcony Roof Outdoor Floor Drain 100mm and paid the full amount of Rs. 1001.00 on 3rd November 2021.
Till date neither there is any communication not any response for this online portel.

This is a fake website and i strongly recommend that people should not fall prey to this cheating group.

Charged me almost 1500 INR and never delivered the items. Don't bother replying to emails either. No contact number is given over the website.

Product Delivered OID51036 is broken by courier.
After opening product packing its found to broken.

Eassymall is doing nothing to return and refund it.
just saying "will take to seller" from a week same reply.

I ordered an item and paid 5156/- by Googlepay. The payment failed twice and then went through 3rd time. But order was not processed. So I contacted their customer service, shared payment proof etc. Every day I would contact them and get a standard response..WE WILL CHECK and GET BACK TO YOU. I have received that at least 10 times. But no one has bothered to reach out or check or sort the matter. They have neither shipped th eitem nor refunded my money. I have emailed them every day last 2 weeks. Seems like a fraud company. I would warn consumers to never deal with this unprofessional company.

I orderes a camera equipment its been a week now but order is not dispatched yet and there's no way to connect with easy mall over a call there's no customer care number
I've mailed them the complaint but no reply yet
its a fraud company please take necessary action asap

Don't purchase from this site " Eassymall". FAKE WEBSITE. They will cheat you. I had place an order on 24th April-2021, paid money by online. Product not yet shipped till now on 18th July 2021. On May 31st, they emailed and mentioned that the product shipped by India Post and shared a postal track ID- EQ[protected]IN. I waited 12 days. But that was also FAKE. At last after several communications, they promised on June 30th, they agreed to cancel my order and refund the money to my bank account within 7-10 working days. STILL NOW REFUND MONEY IS NOT CREDITED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. So you all should be careful to pay them money in advance. Sometimes they don't have even that product. I have doubt them posting these products for put us in trap / cheat. SO BE CAREFUL. & rethink before pay in advance.

As i have order xs max touch on 4th may 2021.As i have alredy paid for that product total Rs 2815 but its alredy being 1.5 month i have not recieve that product when i ask them for my refond they said its alredy in transist so we cannot cancel your order. they give e atracking numeber when i track that order i show pin code was mistakly written there.i told them on mail they said give me correct adress and pincode i will shipped it again. i gave them correct adress and pin code they did same mistake. after that i told them again. as they come to know that adress and pincode is In Nepal they stop replying my mail thy stop my email replying plz help me sir my order id Your order no: OID37835 so plz help me to et my refond my whaapp no is [protected]
