I had ordered one item on 29th Apr and the item is still showing pending for Shipping. It is over 12 days and the item is still not shipped.
If you are not going to ship in next 24 hrs, I humbly request you to please return my money. Also I had sent them email but no response so far.

Please Please don’t buy from Eassymall. Don’t trust them.There is neither assurance of the product nor the amount paid. I ordered a Waffle Maker from Eassymall on 24th February 2021 and I received it on 12th April 2021. In between when I enquired about the delivery, they said that due to COVID 19, it is getting delayed. That was factual and I accepted it due to the Pandemic. When, I received the product it was broken and complained in the customer support. However, they are saying that, I will only get back half of the amount. Is there any fault from my side, that I have to suffer. I asked them to take back the product, because it’s useless for me. Now, they have stopped communicating.

I have ordered on 6th of April and yet the item shows under process, tried to contact via mail they say it's imported, will deliver in 30days but I don't see any process, lost my money as it doesn't have COD available and now I see I have been duped like so many others here complaining about it and still the website is there and not taken down for scamming people.

This transaction was done by me and the recipient was Arya’s Online Retails India Private Limited towards the order purchased for a Tiffany floor standing lamp, but till date I have not received it nor heard from them, l would like them to refund my money as soon as possible. .Ms Diana Syiemiong ...mobile no ..[protected]

On 27/01/2021 I placed an ordered in Eassymall website. Till date the product is not delivered.

I ordered a Kmoon radio from eassymall.I have already paid amount through online.but I have not got any order status.I don't know when they deliver My order.pls help me.

My name is Itina Dey. I brought a item in Eassymall web site on 29th January 2021. But till date I have not received this item.

I ordered a product worth 226 rupees on 30th jan 2021...order id OID 30020.which is not shipped yet and no tracking id is provided...they are not replying to my queries.please block this website as soon as possible..these people are looting our hard earned money.

No update on the dispatch of the same. There is no complaint contact number available anywhere.

Kindly help in refunding the money if this website is a fraud as I have read many complaints regarding it when I was looking for a platform to raise my complaint.

I had placed order on 07/11/2020 on eassymall site, with 409 Rs. Now even after 2.5 months, order is not delivered and also order can not be cancelled and no refund is provided. I wrote email regarding same, but there is no reply regarding tracking of order after more than 2 months . I want to report this online fraud site.

For buying brush cutter attachment through eassymalI.com on 12.01.2021, made payment through" phone pe" app after payment, site redirected, then I checked placed order I never get any details regarding my order in eassymall site, but I got SMS that from bank . The same day send an e - mail to [protected]@eassymall.com(Aryan online, got mail Id from the site) they replied "wait will check".till now I never get any reply and I loss my money

I ordrrerd the plastic bee honey tap gate valve bee keeping extractor dated 15.12.2021. but not yet received.
order id is OID25689. and i have paid 601/- through of debit card.
for information i have send verius mail. but did not any resopnce. so yesterday i called the customer care nmber, he talking me your order is cancelled.
if my order is cancelled so why did not returned the money. and order is cancelled so not any give to me mail.

When this site is fraud, why is still active. and accepting payment

I have ordered product of 10807 rupees which was supposed to received in 09 to 25 days but I did not recover my product and eassymall is not giving my money back which was paid to them.

I bought an aquarium from this website almost 2 weeks ago. Did not receive the product and have not received the refund. I strongly feel that such fraud websites should be taken down and serious action taken against them so that people are not cheated

My order OID26053 has been cancelled. They had committed to refund the money but they have not neither they r responding.

The product did not ship for 15 days now .
There is no customer care number.
No service. No refunds .

My order is not delivered i think this company is fraud

I have given some order but, now i feel i have been cheated. need to blacklist this company so that nobody falls in this trap again.

I ordered an item around 5, 700INR, and its been 20 days and i got no updates of it. i mailed them so many times and they are not responding. this is a fraud site . do not buy from there

I ordered products yesterday but yet i don't get any information about order product

I don't purchased an item on their website on 20th September and although the customer service says money can't be refunded as it is shipped, their own tracking number shows product is not shipped but just confirmed. Too much time to ship after advance payment.
