We have placed order and given payment on 17th October 2020, we have not yet got delivery of the item, in fact the app shows the order has not yet been shipped.

Ordered an item (OID17944) on the 22nd August. Told would be delivered in 25 - 30 days. 59 Days later still not received. Unable to tell me where my order is. Unable to tell me when it will arrive. Unwilling to give me a refund despite numerous requests. I want my money refunded.

I ordered a condenser mic BGN C7 by my credit card on 21 Sep 2020. My order no.is OID19352.and paid Rs 1957.00 but order is still showing order confirmed. Pending for shipping. Today is 10.10.2020, I think the site is face, please ban it in Play store also.

My order id is OID18582 on 4th sep 2020 but still not shipped and no response for email queries and i paid Rs1944 on online,

I ordered an e27 lamp holder with socket on august 16th 2020.
Still they haven't shipped my order. I also mailed them regarding this and there is no proper response from them. Also i asked them to returm my money, and they totally ignored my mail and no response from them. So i started searching about reviews about that "eassymall" shopping site and found that they have cheated many customers like me.

Sir with reference to subject our order OLD15336 we paid 100 percent payment aginst. After 2 months there is no response from support' team . Can u please support the necessarily otherwise we go for consumer foram and may take legal actions.
Do necessary steps for this asap.

I placed an order (OID 16855) in EassyMall.com website on 4 Aug, 2020 for Rs. 818/-. Till now no update and the product is not yet delivered.

Ordered on 25jul20 for 5500 inr.

Not even got notification or delivered yet.

I sold what i had to buy this product and lost everything.

Please help me to get my cash at least.

I have ordered by prepaid option, a veikk tablet on jun 3, 2020. The eassymall website shows the product will be delivered within 9-25 days. But now is july 25, 2020 and still the product is not even shipped. If eassymall is unable to deliver, then why they are taking prepaid orders. They are looting money from customers in the form of %interest. This is a scam. Since most of the products are not delivered, they will not even pay gst.

Amazon and flipkart decently declared "product will not be delivered". But eassymall has not done that.. Clearly a fraud... Looting all the money and soon may start another company.

Six times i communicated to the customer care via email, but they does not even know the company's operation. Poor fellows.

How to retrieve my money from eassymall, the fraudster.

I placed an order for a logitech webcam and my order id is oid15681. It still hasn't been shipped neither is there any update on the order id.

I have ordered the product "High Gain 28dBi SMA Plug 4G 696-960MHz /[protected]MHz Yagi Antenna" on 3rd of June 2020. While I was ordering it was mentioned that product will be delivered within 15-25 days. After order it, just shows confirmed and no status change even after one and half month. No option for refund or cancelation. Please help me

Both these orders were placed on 17/06/2020 for our ngo (www.vset.org) for conducting sessions for students. The total cost is rs 11523 and rs 11573 plus shipping cost. I have been trying to follow up through email and calls to get updates on this order. I finally got through to a support no and they told me that the item is not available and hence refund would be issued. I was asked a lot of details about the bank account, password etc and then finally told it will be issued immediately. However, till date, neither the product is received nor refund received.

I also want to share that the questions asked from me over call were not very comfortable for me to share. When i refused to go on sharing information, at some point the person got angry and started using filthy language.

I am running an ngo doing some work for society. I humbly request you to help me obtain the refund as this amount is very large for us. I have collected donations to place this order.
