process is too frustrating

We have booked cab for 7 members on 21/4/2014 but they have send cab for only 6 members
travel distance is 16km
first 10km it is 250
after that per km 22 so totally 382rs
But they have charged 480rs we asked why it is 480 but they said 1 person is extra so we have charged .

I booked a cab at 11.30 am from Easy ride cab service. I booked cab for 3 hours from 8.15 pm onward.
My booking id [protected]. When I booked the cab they said Cab is available and they will send it at specified address and time. So I did not book any other cab.
The cab did not arrive, so I called Easy Ride and they said that they can't provide a cab now.
This also when I called them up then I came to know that no cab is gonna come....

Cab did not come for Pick Up to station

Hello,
For 18th May, I had booked cab for 5:00 AM from Wakad till Pune railway station with Easy Ride Cab Services([protected]).
I was travelling till Hyderabad for some urgent meeting. My train was at 5:50 AM.
I had booked the cab on 17th May, but they didn't send me any confirmation message so I called them and confirmed the cab details in morning 18th May around 4 AM and got the driver details....
