Fraud Transaction on my Credit Card
Hi,
This is in regard to the charge levied on my Citi bankCredit Card to the tune of Rs 9900/- on 21st Jan 2010 by Effort BPO limited.
While registering an ABN Amro Card for the Super Combo Offer the customer Service Agent had asked for an alternative credit card but assured me 20 times that no charges whatsoever would be levied without my consent. On this agreement I had given them Citi Bank's Indian card...
