I shopped a combo of JBL Speaker and bluetooth earbuds for Rs 1439 after discount of 40% from the ezeedeals.com via paytm upi. The Amount deducted over website successfully via paytm but order not placed nor any confirmation of order from ezeedeals side. I have attached the snaps of money deduction.
Pls do the needful in this regard at the earliest.

In the website of Ezeedeals, I have ordered a Samsung S3 Frontier smartwatch. But, I have received another smart watch which is completely fake. I have called to the customer care, but it is not working. I have already paid 2000 INR to the agent as he did not let me open it before paying. After that, he refused to take the package in return. Please help me

On the dated of delivery as on 8/8/2019 by blue dart

1. The product frontier smart watch is not in working condition and along with that i ordered tws mini ear pod has not been delivered and product what i have seen in website and product what they have given is completely different, there is no brand name or company name and also user manual book with product. Really its complete fraud & cheating the consumer.

2. I called to costumer care for the company as per website, none of staff attending the calls.

3. I have paid rs. 2099 for above give via paytm, kindly requesting to refund

Ear Bluetooth is not working.Ear Bluetooth is connected but voice of ear Bluetooth is not coming and ear Bluetooth not working properly.Voice of Bluetooth speaker is not Clear and property. I am not satisfied Bluetooth speaker and it is not JBL company Bluetooth speaker.It is Bluetooth speaker of potable wireless speaker company. I want to return my product.

Hi i have ordered a smart watch from ezee deals for 1600 and they have delivered a non working watch. I am also trying to reach their portal customer care but the page is not available.
I have paid rs 1600 through paytm to ezee deal account.
Advertisements of ezee deals are always displayed on facebook.
Can anyone help me on this issue.
I have got a defective piece of watch. The watch is not working nor it is charging. The contact us page is also not working on their website. I tried to email them on the support. My paytm transaction id is [protected].

Ordered mi power bank 20000i mah. I received it this morning. When i opened the cover it was a broken one and a local brand power bank no company name written on it and it is not in working condition. I couldn’t dare to check it’s working or not as the wires are hanging outside some mishap may happen.
So i wanted to return the product as soon as possible and i want to get refund my amount... No return link is given on the website. Customer care no. Are not working. It is a fake e commerce website strict action should be taken against such frauds. So that customers are not deceived by such fake ones.

This is regarding the product i ordered which was put as mi power bank 1 plus 1. My awb number [protected]. The product i received was fake and damaged one with no name. Just a skeleton of power bank. I tried many times to call the customer care but they have blocked the number. Please help me to get a refund of the product. I dont have the address to send back. No return policy option. So policy and all return just to fool people.

Trying to connect on ohone but its not working. May be purposefully.

I have ordered a jbl speaker (Flip 3 model) which showed 1463 rupees, i paid it too as an online payment (It was mentioned that 20% deduction for online payment, thats why i did). Then the same day i got a confirmation mail from eczee deals regarding the payment as other online shopping, but i din receive any delivery date on that. So when i browsed about the dealer on web, i found many complaints regarding their service and duplicate products. I saw a comment from a person who just bought the same product just a day before and he found that isn't an orginal one, i missed to do this work earlier, else i would have come to know about this before. Today i got the product delivered, when i opened it, i saw a local brand instead of jbl and only one ear phone that too isn't working. This eczee deals is a fraud site and they are delivering only duplicate and used product. Money is lost, it was my saving, i saved it for an year, and now i feel very bad about my stupid shopping. Anybody please help me to get my money back. Please.

I ordered jbl flip 3 + twis earphones combo for rs 1439 but they delivered local chinese speaker and a single ear earphone. They are fraud they charged me in advance and there is no way to reach them. They provide me only on customer care number but it doesn't work. How can they cheat people who will going to help us. Fraudster ezeeedeals. They are still selling same deal.

My order was JBL flip Bluetooth speaker & mini Earpods @ Rs 1439, ( I am attaching the details below please go through it) but I received some other local company speaker and one Brocken ode cheap earphone, both products are different from the Eazeedeals advisement and Brocken things I received and I am surprising the delivery person deliver to my office security and he did not wait for me to collect also how he know it is going to right hand nor not, once I reach my security office and unbox then I relaised this is not the one I orded and I try to contact Eazeedeals customer care ([protected]) it was ringed but no one picking up, this is not acceptable at all kindly recollect from the product and give me the product i requested or send me the cash back.

I have received other watch, please return this product asap. Watch's battery have been swellen, I have got the product with poor packaging, and in poor condition.

I have ordered ciscox thor 4 smartwatch with 1gb ram and 16gb rom, but i have got another watch which doesn't have any rom, temparure etc., so please kindly replace my watch as soon as possible.
The company is not picking up my call after so many efforts. You should not misguide costumes. This ezzedeals company should is not faithful at all.
