I Ankur Khera had ordered the S3 smart watch of 1599/- on 01.06.2019 at 7:05 pm and paid the amount through paytm from my registered HDFC bank account but I had not received the notification and then I had contacted them through email and got the revert to be contacted within 24-48 hours but never been contacted. The copy of mail is attached herewith.
on 04.06.2019 at 1:56 pm, I called the customer care number executive a guy named Deepak Verm picked the call and I had all conversation with the above said person and enquired about my product and he asked that the order was cancelled and then I requested him to refund my amount of Rs. 1599/-. He have asked to get the refund to your UPI and then he sent the message on my number and during the conversation with him, he hacked accounts and then suddenly got the pop up massages on my numbers and then amount got deducted from my both of accounts with different transaction Ids worth Rs. 54400/- from our SBI account and Rs. 35, 000/- from my HDFC account. During the conversation with the accused Deepak Verma, I requested him to reverse the payment of the total amount of Rs. 89400/-and then he kept the call on hold and then he said me to transfer Rs. 11000/- more and make it 1 lac and when I refused to the same then he refused to reverse the amount and further threatened jo karna hai kr lo and he will not transfer the above said money and disconnected my call. Then on again contacting on the same no., General manager namely Rohan Aggarwal of ezee Deals picked the call, I told all the conversation to the said General Manager namely Rohan Aggarwal and I didn’t get any satisfactory answer from him and he said he is going to take Deepak online and then never unhold the line. They straightway threatened and refuse to transfer my payment into my account. they are big scammers and cheaters.

I am booking bluetooh speakers through ezeedeal site but they are not sending my order there are no showing my order details not respond tollfee no and company contatct no please take action on this site this is a fake site.

I had paid thru my atm card for the same there is no response about the delievery of the product to me. the product is the jbl flip speakers with ear pods . This is open online cheating . I want the money refunded and order cancelled at the earliest . The company is neither responding .

Its the same similar many other complaints herein. Ordered JBL FLIP Bluetooth speakers with eat pods, but received some local China made low quality speakers and no ear pods. No response on the return request, customer care number not working...Fake company. Can anyone suggest what can be done...

Guys...i was about to do the same mistake by ordering Frontier S3 smartwatch as the deal provided was awesome...But a lil research saved me from wasting 1500 bucks...I guess we should collectively report about this fake shopping portal to the consumer forum and most importantly this portal is advertised in the my galaxy section of galaxy Phone owners...Cant believe samsung is doing their promotion...Hope this gets resolved soon

Ordered a frontier s3 smartwatch and i got it today and it's a different smartwatch which is not the one i ordered and doesn't have the features i am looking for. So i would like to change it and get the one i ordered for and i had paid it by paytm and i would like to change it as fast as possible.

Totally fraud website and App. Dont purchase any thing... Which is worst and third class website.. I share this page in Facebook and Instagram... I try to calling custom care in 700 to 800 times but not connecting.. You fraud with customer.. I will complaint in consumer forum court... [protected]

I have ordered a S3 frontier smart watch in ezee deals website and have paid online cash for it i.e. 1599.15 Rs and doesn't got any confirmation mail nor any message regarding the tracking of order. And also i tried to call the number provided in the ezee deal site i.e. [protected] with in the time period provided 8am to 8pm. but noting happened could not be able to connect as the number too was also fraud. I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

Worst Experiece With Ezeedeals. Its a totally a fraud.

One of my friend Ordered Imported Frontier S3 Smartwatch (EZE00024), A week Back through this Company, but they Delivered a third class, Low Qualty product in place of the Frontier S3 Watch. I will Find the Same watch near my place in 200 or 300 Rs. They charged 1600/- for the Same.

Also the Customer care Number[protected] is Not working during the Working hours that they mention, in between 9 AM to 6 PM. After 6 PM Call Surely Connect and then they menthion that our Executive will available in b etween 9 to 6 and call during that period, when we going to call during that time, call does not answered by anyone.

Also I email them to their [protected]@ezeedeals.com Id, Got msg that we will get back to you with in Two Working day, but Till Time didn't Received even a single call from them.

They are Making us fool. I Regularly ordered stuffs from Ali Express, even the Distributors of Ali express not from india they Deliver the Exact and the Same Product in Time. This Company (ezeedeals) are made for doing Fraud, as per my Experience.

Kindly do not Order anything from them.

This is with regards to th order placed on Ezeedeals. I ordered for Imported Frontier S3 Smartwatch (EZE00024) and I received is a different product. I tried reaching out to the customer care via email and call but no response whatsoever. Need to initiate return of this product on priority.

The smartwatch I ordered was not a smartwatch. It said that GPS, sensor and WiFi connectivity will remain. There is nothing in this smartwatch comes in 500 rupees. You are giving me 1599 rupees. Give me the same smartwatch I ordered, or else refund my money
