And we are many time tray customer care number but no response. So please deliver my product and dispatch information share my mobile no today positively.
Please go in to this matter if you ignore this i have take legal action in you

I ordered a smart band with the offer buy one get one
Firstly when i received only one the band was working.
It was also having lots of dust on it
One band which was working was also broken
Secondly the product is completely fake
Its chinese band with 300 only and i paid 1400
I also tried its customer care no that is [protected] was not working
And the no on the parcel for customer care was [protected] was also not working
Even the mail id given [protected]@eezedeals.in also not working
Appropriate action should b taken against such companies

At the outset, i would like to mention that experience on online transaction with ezee deals for purchase of bluetooth speakers is the worst till date compared with other e-commerce sites. Whereas i express my gratitude to the ezee deals team for teaching me a lesson worth enough to not to trust the sites specially ezee deals.

An advertisement was flashed on my facebook page, detailing a combo offer "buy jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker + tws mini earpode" only @ rs1, 439/- and the details of product specify it to be a "jbl" product. Trusting on the vendor site namely "ezee deals", i made the purchase through online-netbanking payment mode.

The parcel was delivered on 30.06.2019 and upon inspecting the contents of the packet, i noticed that i have been cheated by the ezee deals e-commerce site in association with the vendor namely m/s vansh gadgets, okhla industrial area, new delhi - 110020 customer care: [protected] since the speakers and earpod were unbranded/counterfeit without any warranty card also.

It is imperative to mention that the product delivered was absolutely different from the product offered and for which the payment was made. I would like to specify and highlight the following:

1. That the product delivered by the e-commerce site/vendor is absolutely different from the product offered as per the advertisement for which the undersigned made the payment.

2. The product delivered was not of "jbl" and "tws" company whereas the advertisement specified the said companies.

3. No warranty card or invoice was given to the customer.

4. The details of the vendor mentioned on the packing is also not complete and also does not specify the gst registration no. Etc.

Further, the undersigned, upon receipt of the unbranded/counterfeit product, made several attempts to contact the customer-care of m/s ezee deals on [protected] and m/s vansh gadgets on [protected] and found that the e-commerce site number is connected to a computerized record which does not process any complaints etc. And in-turn only disconnects the calls. The customer care no. Of the vendor m/s vansh gadgets was a non-operational number. Thereafter the undersigned was forced and compelled to raise the complaint vide this instant email.

The following documents are attached with this email for your ready reference and record please.

A. Screen-shot of advertisement
B. Screen shot of product displayed as per the advertisement
C. Payment proof
D. Copy of delivery receipt as pasted on the consignment delivered to the undersigned customer.

Other text messages received by the customer w. R. T. The transaction under question are also reproduced hereunder:

A. Text message from hp-prklzh dated 30.06.2019 at 2:32 pm "hi vikram kakar, your shipment with courier partner pickrr is out_for_delivery. The invoice value 1439.2."

B. Text message from hp-ipickr dated 29.06.2019 at 11:45 pm "dear vikram kakar, your parcel from e-commerce store has been dispatched by weshyp_delhivery_air_express with tracking id #[protected]. You can track your shipment via http://www.pickrr.com/tracking/#?tracking_id=[protected]"

C. Text message from hp-ipickr dated 30.06.2019 at 2:07 pm "your parcel from e-commerce store is out for delivery from june 30, 19, 12:18 via weshyp_delhivery_air_express. You can track your shipment via http://www.pickrr.com/tracking/#?tracking_id=[protected]. For any query, you can ping pickrr at [protected]@pickrr.com"

D. Text message from im-dlhvry dated 30.06.2019 at 12:18 pm "your weshyp package with awb[protected] will be delivered today."

In view of the above, it is requested that the product specified as the advertisement may please be delivered to the customer for which the payment has been made. The unbranded/counterfeit product delivered on 30.06.2019 may please collected from the customer in an unused and unaltered condition.

Failing the above, the undersigned will be forced and compelled to take legal action against the e-commerce site m/s ezee deals in association with the vendor namely m/s vansh gadgets and seek legal remedy before the following forums

A. Hon'ble consumer dispute resolution forum for unfair trade practices
B. Hon'ble gst superintendent for making sales without raising/issuing invoice to the customer
C. Any other forum to report the unfair practice undertaken by the e-commerce site/portal and the vendor.

Yesterday night, i have ordered bluetooth speaker & smart watch from ezeedeals onlinesite... Till now i have not received the order confirmation details... Could you please help me here.. Payment is done for both the orders..
I am planning to complain in near by police station about this as cyber crime. I will pull paytm as well in this.

I had ordered 1+1 free m3 band. To my surprise i received used product and more surprisingly nobody is responding at the number given on website. It gets disconnected automatically. I want my money back so please contact me and do the needful. I now want refund of my money plus mental harassment case against ezee deals for fooling people around. Please help us. It is our hard earned money..

Tho... Gandu ezeedeals...!! Full of fraud work in online!! I don't know why they haven't shut this company down!! They delivered me some low class cheap speaker instead of jbl charge 3!!

On 14th june i purchased mi band 3 buy 1 get 1 free (Eze000555) from ezeedeals (Order no.: #[protected]) which was delivered to me on 19th june late in the evening after 7 pm. I found the pack absolutely unreliable and even the product purchased was used one with many scratch marks on it. on May 27 2019 i did a payment transfer from PayUMoney via EZEEDEALS.IN for an amount of INR, 1580.15 Payment I.D is[protected] with merchant I.D : [protected] & transfer I.D : [protected].

After that I did not receive any confirmation mail or Message from Ezeedeals.in on my order. Till date I have mailed them more than 10 times, submitted the my query on their portal & the Customer care ( [protected] ) Number they have given on website is not working

Hey the product in Ezee deals which i order was totally different when it came n the watch which i order was of 2499/- n watch i got was around 1500/- means i gave 1000 /- extra take this product back and return my money in 2 days and also there was combo u get free earbuds but nothing came refund me in 2 days n that watch which got is not working also refund me or i will consumer cheating case on ezee deals

Today on dated June 13, 2019 i got the consignment from a courier named DTDC.. After opening the parcel i found myself cheated by ezeedeals coz a very local/duplicate bluetooth speaker was in the received parcel and also the one earpod is local/duplicate and also it is damaged.

I have ordered a nokia mobile phone model no.2200 when i was received the phone it was full damage and it's second hand peice (camera damage, scratch, display damage) the phone is not work properly and sim card is not supported in the mobile phone and the mobile phone was totally roughly and scrateched on the body and keypad work do not work properly

I Ankur Khera has ordered S3 smart watch through Paytm on Ezee Deals. I didnt get the notification and on 05.06.2019, I contacted the customer support and a guy named Deepak Verma picked the call and I had all conversation with the above said person and enquired about our product and he asked that the order was cancelled and then I requested him to refund my amount of Rs. 1599/-. He have asked to get the refund to your UPI and he hacked my account during the call and then suddenly got the pop up msgs on my registered no. that amount got deducted from my both of accounts with different transaction Ids worth Rs. 54400/- from our SBI account and Rs. 35, 000/- from my HDFC account. With this at the same time, I also got the messages on my mobile number from IX-REDBUS, BA-REDBUS, AD-URBNCL, AX-UBCLAP AND AX-URBNCL regarding the OPT’s and During the conversation with the accused Deepak Verma, I requested him to reverse the payment of the total amount of Rs. 89400/-and then he kept the call on hold and General Manager of Ezee Deals Rohan Aggarwal is also involved in the crime.
Beware of these cheaters companies
