They are offering 100% cash back on eyeglasses and i have ordered the same. After just ordering i had called to their customer care and they said yes that my order is eligible for the offer. As per the offer cash back would be credited post 14 days of delivery. After completion of 14 days, i called to customer care and asked about my cash back and the answer was that i'm not eligible for the cash back. I have selected frame worth of "0" and they are saying it is an offer. I can clearly see in my in voice that there is no any discount and still they are saying that in have clubbed the offer. Even while at the ordering they are not giving any notification that you have clubbed other offer together and as the return policy is up to 14 days now they are neither allowing cash back nor allowing to return. Request you to please go through with this.

Hi, i ordered a kurti combo on facebook marketplace on 4th aug. I received a 100rs dupatta instead. I tried to reach kamlesh syani the seller and he said he is going to ship the right item. Hi myself Ranjith. Long back I have deleted my Facebook account linked with my gmail. but all of sudden I stared getting facebook post update notification in gmail inbox. Now it is linked with some other profile "Sathya Ahok". I'm getting back to back daily updates and FB has violated there company policy. without a verification, how can let someone to add other's gmail account. Sir, i am having issue regarding my account login. Actually i lost my phone in which google authenticator i put on it for facebook login. Now i can't abe to login as i don't have code from google authenticator nor any backup code i'm having. So please help me to get my account back. Dear, respected madam/sir..with this complain i want to bring your notice to the mentally harashment work done by facebook, by disabling my fb id{without any prior notice} over again & again.I'm physically & Mentally exhausted by trying to active my fb id by any means.I tried verry hard to convince them that my fb id with name Udit N Panda is real & Authentic.I also send them my id proofs such as Aadhar card, voter id etc, but they are taking no such against my complaint.

I paid to facebook lots of money for advertisement and i also submitted complaint/queries to facebook lots of time but they didn't respond me, an automatic reply they popup for waiting instead of resolving, and after some days case staus showing closed with out any reply or answers.

Ghori my facebook account has been disabled for pretending to be someone else on the website. This information is false. The person who has given (My) complaint had gained access to my password and given this wrong data to facebook to deliberately harm me. However, now i seek to renew this account and when prompted i had given my id proof several times to facebook. Yet, this decision is being not taken to re-enable my account. Hence i sought to lodge a complaint.

Prashant attri cisf sub inspector has posted on his facebook account that sheetal thakare is mentally disturbed and she needs doctor treatment. He is giving a wrong statements as he wants to prove himself honest infront of his friends on facebook. He is misusing facebook account. Spreading rumours about me to save himself.. Please take a action against him..

This complaint is related to the security issues that i am facing on the social networking site, "www.facebook.com". The website is allowing me to login with multiple password, which puts my account at high risk. I had used caps lock to make the strength of my password better, only to realise that i was able to login with multiple passwords. I have shared some much sensitive information through their website, believing in their security. But, it has put every single information of mine on risk, which can cost me to the extent one cannot believe. I have three eye-witnesses (The names cannot be disclosed here, but if necessary, can be made available & interrogated), in front of whom i had logged in with multiple passwords.

From a company so well established, valued in billions, this level of security was not acceptable. It has not only hampered my security, but also social security and well being as anonymous hackers can easily hack into my account and play with my sensitive information. From, information to photos to messages, everything is at high potential risk, which is also emotionally dissatisfying for me.
I believe that strict actions should be taken and hefty penalty should be imposed on them, for security is not something one can play with.
