I had order two cargo pants but they have send two old tshirts. Which is totally damaged and tear so many parts.. I just want my money refund..

They doing fraud. This is not fair.

I have ordered 2 Cargo Pants of Rs 899 and received old dirty shirts. I want money return from the company.
Please take strict legal action against such Fraud company.

I placed an order from this website on 25th sept and got the delivery on 29th sept. It was cash on delivery. After paying the bill and checking the package I found that it had another package inside it with another person delivery address and after opening that package, there were t-shirts and not the military pants that I ordered. I would like my money to be refunded back as soon as possible.

I didn't expect tht faction hut is this much horrible and fraud n I lost the money too . Because of this things I didn't trust any online shopping and I want to get refund as soon as possible

Ordered 2 cargo pant. Received pkt which was returned multiple time by many customer. Put contain old shirt pant. Fraudulent practice by Faction Hut . Contact Number does not work

Dispatch partner :JM-ShpRkt, they too are fraud, hand in glove working with Fraud company

My name is Pascal Stephen Rao from Kharagpur West Bengal, My complaint against Both Company and products Because I have ordered something else (2 pairs of Cargos which was shown in my Facebook add) and I have received something else (1no kids pant which is torn and used one) and in their site it is mentioned that 30 days hassle free returns with no return policy option...
Please help me I want reimbursed the cash paid amount of Rs. 899/- and kindly take some serious action against this fraud company... Please

Wrong defective problem delivered also when called customer care, the agent tried to hack my account asked me to download anydesk.. the number was [protected] and [protected]. Please be careful.. if I had no idea regarding anydesk my account would had been hacked
