I have ordered 2 cargo adjustable pants but was delivered a wrong order instead and they send an old used jeans instead . I would like a full refund and would like to return this back .. i have tried calling the customer care number but then they switched off the phone after one phone call . Please see to this matter and get me back my refund

My nephew ordered jeans from faction hut and he pay 1000/- Rs and the delivery guy share the parcal of old used jeans. It is a fraud company now they are not picking any call. I checked the review in google they are sending old cloths in parcal.
