I've ordered a cargo pant from FACTION HUT, which they delivered the product via SHIPROCKET & EKART delivery partner. And I've done the payment via EKART delivery. The product is a old used dirty jeans which I received. The ekart delivery man said this wasn't their company products so they can't do anything. I've called the FACTION HUT helpline which was out of reach every time. I want my refund

Wrong products delivered. I ordered two cargo pants worth rs 898 and received a blue old jeans instead. It's a scam company as it asks for cod.
So many people have registered a complaint and yet the site is working.
I want my money back
Please take action ASAP so that more people don't keep losing their money

I ordered two cargo pants from faction Hut vide IDSTMTV02OCT2354 on 02Oct 2023 . On 07Oct item delivered as an old n torn shirt took away rupees 899

Torn clothes were delivered which are not part of order. I ordered 2 cargo pants, but received torn shirts instead
Complain should be filed against the delivery company shiprocket as well as ther are repeatedly delivering from this company.

Please return the item because I ordered the different product and received different item that too in torn and worn condition

I had ordered for summer autumn pants of rs 899 and today wen I received the order thy were torn shirts inside the package. I want a refund from them. This is not the way to do business by cheating people.

I placed an order from this website on 25th sept and got the delivery on 29th sept. It was cash on delivery. After paying the bill and checking the package I found that it had another package inside it with another person delivery address and after opening that package, there were t-shirts and not the military pants that I ordered. I would like my money to be refunded back as soon as possible.
