They delivered wrong product I ordered cargo shorts but the send one phant fully bad smell

I ordered 2 cargo pants worth 899 and they delivered me a used, old and damaged jeans

I had order cargo pants pack of 2 from the above brand. When I received the order i got 2 ugly old dirty shirts. This is like too pathetic. I want mg money back.

I ordered for adjustable cargo pants - pack of 2. And I received mens jeans instead that too in bad condition. Official contact number is not in service, they aren’t replying to mails. Even the courier service number and mail has been proven of no help.

I ordered buy 1 get 1 cargo pants for 890. I recieved some old and used pants instead of that. I want my money back.

I ordered 2 adjustable cargo pants on 9th October from a shopify store Faction Hut and just received my package in which there was a mens used & defected jeans. The delivery was supported by Shiprocket. It was packed in three packages all with different shipping addresses.
What a fraud is this company!

Ordered cargo pants received used denim pants which are in unwearable condition

I ordered a set of two adjustable fit cargo pants for women from a website https://brand-fusion-co.myshopify.com/ but the vendor turned out to be Faction hut, i received a denim of size 26 which is supposed to fit 7-8 year old kid.
When I called the customer care no. Provided for Faction hut. It redirected my call to another no. [protected] truecaller label Praveen, who asked me to install anydesk app as their application to process refunds, luckily I knew what anydesk is and he immediately disconnected the call as i caught him.

I have opened all the three packs which is packed by the parcel where each and every parcel has different shipping adress stickers. I am attached the photos of all shipped stickers.
