Fake and wrong product

I ordered 5 cotton shirts but instead i received 2 old shirts one of which is torn at rs. 1299
I want refund as i didn’t get what i ordered . Now i can’t even return these....

I order a combo of 5 shirts on 13th July'23 for Rs. 1299 but today on 17th July'23 i received 2 faded and used shirts. Please refund my amount....

I am complaining about the fake product I got

Polo t shirt

As i had shown the add on instagram the quality of clothes was looking good so that i had ordered the particular item y mistake and after seeing its reviews and comments i wanted to cancel that particular order because it is worst in quality accoring to the reviews....
