I bought Ferrero Rocher from Kolkata (India).It was a pack containing 16 ferrero rocher and each and every chocolate had fungus on it when I opened it.I checked the expiry date and it was not expired.Its very disgusting and unethical way of doing business.If by mistake I or any one in my family had eaten these fungal infected chocolates, who would have been held responsible for its ill-effects.I am really disgusted and shocked by this event. I am sending you the pictures.

Bought a valentine pack which consist of 4 chocolate from south city 2 gurgaon, haryana
And company name was cutiepie with the same type of cover provided by fererro rocher.
The taste was very bad
The price is also very high.. They charged me around 30 per piece which is 5 rs higher as to the actual cost of fererro rocher
I urge fererro rocher to please take action against cutiepie for infringement

I bought a pack of ferrero rocher chocolates and when i opened the first one, found worms in the chocolate. Took pictures and also complained to the store where i bought it. Have also posted in the company fb page and my fb handle but no response received so far from the company. The expiry date is 2018.

If you can help me in conveying the message to the company, that would be great as many lives are in danger.

Purchased this chocolate few days back from a shop nearby, in kerala. Today thought of having it and opened the packing to find a layer of fungus on top..! Have had ferrero rocher a lot of times before this and this is the first time i am finding such a thing. A huge company like theirs should be careful of the products they sell in the market. Need to take some action against this!...

I purchased ferrero rocher chocolate box which has 4 months still left for the expiry date ..I ate a few and my family ate few but soon realized that when opened the next it has a worm inside ..while seeing carefully to the left ones we observed that all have fungus inside and inside the covering it's a complete white layer..as I eated 6 to 7 before next day the whole day I vomited and became sick..it was purchased in panchkula sector 4..Haryana.134112..India..now I am going to publicize this to make them feel after so much expensive items you all are giving us this worm chocolates.. unhealthy items..u can check the samples of the box which is present with me..u guys make fool of people and their health is not ur concern??..????my contact no. Hi Team, I bought a pack of ferrero rocher chocolate while eating the last chocolate I found a worm on the chocolate. Dont know how many I already ate which is very disgusting. I called ferrero rocher customer service to complain about this they told me that a representative will come to collect the sample and investigate but no steps are taken since 3 days past. Sir, with complete respect, I wish to inform you that the pack of FERRERO ROCHER chocolates, which I bought recently is flooded with fungal blooms. Even though the expiry date is in 2015 I feel it has deteriorated before hand. I do not expect such standards from one of the leading chocolate makers. I strongly feel that action should be taken against as I paid 675-odd rupees in return for such poor standards. Thank you, sir !...
