Ferrero Rocher Complaints & Reviews

My friend from Canada gifted me chocolates during Dec 2018. We are big fans of these Ferrero chocolates and we found initially taste was good. However this week we found live worms in the chocolates and were shocked. Being a traditional Hindu vegetarian family, we are very much upset.
We stayed in Germany for two years and know very well how to handle and store these chocolates. The BB/MA is 2019 July 18.
Please take this complaint seriously and resolve.

I am complaining today about finding a ball of hair in my ferrero rocher chocolate i first found one long hair tangled so i threw that one away and then eating another one i had a ball of hair in my mouth which made me physically vomit and as you can appreciate ferrero rocher or not cheap. So i treat myself to one box every so often as i really enjoyed them but i had to throw away the rest of the chocolates out the box thank you for your time miss l turner

I bought Ferrero Rocher from Kolkata (India).It was a pack containing 16 ferrero rocher and each and every chocolate had fungus on it when I opened it.I checked the expiry date and it was not expired.Its very disgusting and unethical way of doing business.If by mistake I or any one in my family had eaten these fungal infected chocolates, who would have been held responsible for its ill-effects.I am really disgusted and shocked by this event. Bought a valentine pack which consist of 4 chocolate from south city 2 gurgaon, haryana
And company name was cutiepie with the same type of cover provided by fererro rocher.
The taste was very bad
The price is also very high.. They charged me around 30 per piece which is 5 rs higher as to the actual cost of fererro rocher
I urge fererro rocher to please take action against cutiepie for infringement

I bought a pack of ferrero rocher chocolates and when i opened the first one, found worms in the chocolate. Took pictures and also complained to the store where i bought it. Have also posted in the company fb page and my fb handle but no response received so far from the company. The expiry date is 2018.

If you can help me in conveying the message to the company, that would be great as many lives are in danger.

I purchased ferrero rocher chocolate box which has 4 months still left for the expiry date ..I ate a few and my family ate few but soon realized that when opened the next it has a worm inside ..while seeing carefully to the left ones we observed that all have fungus inside and inside the covering it's a complete white layer..as I eated 6 to 7 before next day the whole day I vomited and became sick..it was purchased in panchkula sector 4..Haryana.134112..India..now I am going to publicize this to make them feel after so much expensive items you all are giving us this worm chocolates.. unhealthy items..u can check the samples of the box which is present with me..u guys make fool of people and their health is not ur concern??..????my contact no. Hi Team, I bought a pack of ferrero rocher chocolate while eating the last chocolate I found a worm on the chocolate. Dont know how many I already ate which is very disgusting. I called ferrero rocher customer service to complain about this they told me that a representative will come to collect the sample and investigate but no steps are taken since 3 days past. This is highl not acceptable they are playing with public health. Request you to please help me with this. Thanks, Anshita
