I ordered three kurtis of 1387₹. But i got wrong saree of cheap quality. I want to return it. Plz help. My name is krishna. I ordered kurties from facebook app vienna which sells kurties in discount. Else i got parcel from finelinesaree and when i open it i got cheap quality saree. There is no contact number and the email id is also not working. Please help. I have attached photo of invoice....

I ordered one cotton silk saree worth rs 638 including shipping charges on11 th feb 2018 but i got a very cheap product saree, a very very bad product not of rs 100 even. I want to return it and get my money back. Your contact number is always out of coverage area. It's a fake site. Don't do this with others. My order no is 38355. It is delivered on 19 feb 2018. Note it. Give reply as early as possible......

I had ordered a beautiful lehenga gown with net work and swarovski work (As mentioned in the description). The product i've received is a cheap crepe suit that isn't worth 100 rs also. Hello there, i had ordered for a kurti (Yello kurti photo is attached with this complaint) of 526rupees at fineline saree on jan 29th @around 7pm. They have delivered wrong product yesterday. That product is of low quality and doesn't match with the product which i have ordered. Now nobody is responding to me. Atleast they can reply through email. Please get back my money as i have earned it by working very very hard. Please provide me justice....

The website is fake i ordered a kurti of rs 530 on the website but i recieved a saree which cost rs100 i contact the phone number which was mentioned on the facebook or in the webite i also contacted them through mail but the email id was also fake... But what to do i found this webdite from facebook it has cheated so many people the refund request was also not there on the id to recieve the refund... The site also dont have any complaint...

I have order two designer kurtis worth of rupees 399 each. My order number is #21203. But they have order me wrong kurtis any that to very low grade kurtis. I want to return this order but seems that they have some fooling business. This is just a robbing. I have reply back to the email from where they have sent me order email. I ordered black shiffon saree and 2 kurtis.. The price was so cheap and can attract any human being.. Saree 499/-and each kurta is for 399/-, total cost of 1490/-but i got totally different and cheap products.. Like a duppata kind of material, worst than that.. They are total cheaters.. They can beg on streets instead of cheating people like this.. Cheaters.. Need to file a complaint against them.. Please take some action against these frauds.....

I ordered a kurta with blue inner and yellow jacket. Order no 19877. What they sent me was
A unstitched salwar suit (Pink in colur). It nowhere matches what was shown in the picture. The quality of the sent material is the worst that i have ever seen. Ordered the saree for 499 but received some different saree which is very cheaper quality.
How to get the money back now? There is no return option in the website.

The given email (Cs. [protected]@gmail.com) in the website is invalid.
On the received order, there is mobile number ([protected]) which is not reachable also.

Please do help us to get the money back asap....
