I had ordered a shirt worth of Rs 349/- on july 24, 2020. I didn’t get the shirt till now.
If they are cheating please take necessary action towards them.

I was ordered stuff from finifox fashion on 17 july but still can’t get my order the website is not working anymore then I requested rozerpay who deducted money to refund they tell me to ask finifox for refund then where should i go
Its also a fault of instagram who shows the adds of finifox fashion

I have ordered 1 shirt 30 days back and I haven't received that orders

I ordered 4shirts from this company on.[protected]. I got an add through Instagram about the company.. now no responds feom the company. I tried to mail them, but the mail is not delivering. The gmail saying mail incomplete and check the mail id. I replaid to the same mail id which I got from the confirmation mail.. No contact details of the company now. I seem a fraudulent activity. Plzz do the needful. I need my money back..

I saw an ad of this site on instagram and it looked genuine. On 9th july I placed an order for 3 shirts worth Rs 885/- . Its already been more than a month and i haven't received my order. Also, i am not able to contact them through any site, number or social media.
I want my money back.

I saw an ad of this site on instagram and it looked genuine. On 24th july I placed an order for 2 shirts worth Rs 759/- . Its going to be a month in a few days and i haven't received my order. Also, i am not able to contact them through any site, number or social media.

More than 2 Months after ordering the Shirts from FiniFox Fashion Website but product not recieved yet.

When I tried to read the company site it is not available. I found this company advertisement on Instagram. I request you to please help me asap and even file a case on Instagram for these fraud adds.

I ordered 3 dresses from this website and till date no information regarding that has received also i paid some 1100 to them for those dresses and since then no updates have been made. I tried to write them too but no response. I need my dresses or the refund Or atleast the contact so that something can be done🙏🏻

I have ordered from this page on 18 July through UPI as they were not providing cod it's been a month I haven't recieved the dress nor any dispatch or shipping tracking msg so irresponsible or sud I call it fake don't knw what should I do now

I saw an add of this site and i ordered 2 shirt from that via online payment and now their site has been down and my package has not been delivered. Please take some legal action against such scam sites. I lost my money

Sir, I made a purchase of three shirts through online transaction on 17th July 2020 vide Order #37694] (July 17, 2020), payment ID pay_FFdFGOuW9JLJZI
for Rs.1144/- . And I have received three mails for order, confirmation, payment confirmation.

But, I did not receive my order till date. Kindly look into the matter and arrange either for delivery of my order or refund of the amount already paid by me.

I had placed a order on FiniFox Fashion after watching their advertisement on Instagram and Facebook. My order is dated 19th july 2020.
I have not received my merchandise and the company is unreachable. The email that I send has bounced. The contact number that was provided has also been switched off.

How can Facebook and Instagram post ads of such fraud companies.

I have ordered on July 8 and the orders numbers are 10027, 10028 and till now I didn’t receive any mail or phone call and I don’t have any option to contact them as the website server is down.This is a money scam and don’t encourage this type of sites. Kindly refund my money.

Order #4341 not delivered. Have been more than a month but the product hasn't been delivered. The website has also been taken down now

I recently saw this advertisement of page named ‘finifoxfashion.in’ on instagram on 14th july 2020. It was an online shopping website based surat. I ordered a shirt worth rs 349. I even received an email from ‘[protected]@finifoxfashion.in‘. As there was no cod, i paid via debit card. But it all turned out to be fraud.
Some fraud companies are using social networking sites like facebook, instagram to lure innocents into buying stuff online. They pose as authentic by having websites & phone numbers with well built websites. Once they receive enough orders & get the money, their websites stop functioning & phone numbers stop working. After few days they come up with a new website, with different names, like thesnappygirls, thesnapygirls etc through instagram or facebook & scam people.
Kindly register my complaint, i personally know so many people who have been scammed.

I had placed an order from the above mentioned website on 24th july, 2020.
The order was supposed to be delivered on 6th of august, 2020. Later on i found out that the same site is a scam just to recieve money from the customers. I also found out that many have been a victim of the same issue. The order i placed was for 3 shirts what came to a total of 1120. I had paid for the same through google pay and the mediator was razorpay. I have also filed a complaint with razorpay for the same issue amd i'm waiting for their reply for the same.

I managed to get in touch with them using the number in their fb page and they asked me to fill a google form to process a refund. The page asks for your cvv number as well which banks have specifically asked not to share because it means they will try and withdraw your money.

I ordered for a delivery with product no24688, please deliver as soon as possible

I have ordered few items from finifoxfashion on july 18 and it was not delivered to me till now. It's a complete scam and the website doesn't exist now. So i am requesting those who have lost their money to file consumer complaint against razorpay for letting them use their payment gateway with out any security measures. As we all have lost our money through razorpay we must all register a complaint against razorpay. I don't think there will much use filing complaint against finifoxfashion as its a complete scam.
