I ordered a shirt for rs.360 and paid it online. Given a delivery date - 06.08.2020 - but i haven't recieved it yet and also the query number they gave is switched off - [protected].
The website is down and i feel i am cheated.

I placed orderlast month i still havent received my order

I was suppose to receive a product on 5th of aug, that i've placed last month.
But haven't got any text or call regarding delivery.

Have placed order since july 9 still no status of delivery or reply from the company.. Will file a complaint on consumer court soon. As it seems to be fake..

Hi, i'm abhinav gupta from prayagraj, uttar pradesh. I placed an order from finifox fashion on 17th of july 2020, friday. And they promsed to deliver it on 04th of august 2020. They also provided a phone number but it is switched off. And thetre website is also closed. I ordered a shirt worth rs. 349. Please do the needful.

Had ordered a product on 23.07.2020. Neither the product nor the company is traceable

I made an order online on 16th july and they have not updated me on the order. Their website is down as well and they are unreachable on the telephone number received in the message. 100% it's a fraud, kindly look into the matter.

I have ordered two shirts on this website finifox fashion on 8th of july 2020, and have neither received any details regarding the delivery nor have any option to get my refund as the company's website has been down since a while. I highly doubt that this could be a scam

The company has charged be already and when i contacted them they said it will be delivered. Now their website isnt working nor is their phone number working. How can companies like that yet be allowed to be up there. Why is no action taken towards this???

I ordered a playsuit on july 10th 2020, and still have not received. The site does not exist anymore. I want either my product or my money back and there is no other place to file a complaint. My order number is #16259, please help us!

Ordered a shirt about a month ago, haven't received it yet, nor is their website working. Please look into the matter and make sure the culprits are sued.

I have ordered a kurti for rs335 on 08/07/2020 till now i didn't get my order. I want my order to be delivered or else refund should be made which i have already paid for the product.

I ordered a shirt on 14th july and 2 more on 29th july. I have not received any of the shirts. Their website is not working either. The customer case number is not working as well. I feel like i have been scammed.

I have ordered some clothes from this site and when i did not receive the order i tried to contact them. When i asked for refund they asked me to install some other app to get my refund. This is a total fraud.

I have order 3 shirts from this apps before 1 months. Still i didn’t get my order. My order is already prepaid and i dint get any delivery update. Now apps is not working... Strange!!!

I saw their add on Instagram and ordered 3 shirts. So on the date of delivery I checked for the status but their website is not opening. I ordered 3 shirts total price of ₹1, 035.00 & paid through UPI. Its unbelievable that a very big social website is giving the space to these scams without even validating the legitimacy.
I have attached the screenshot of emails & sms that I received on placing the order.
Please do the needful and bring these scammers to justice.

It was told that my order will be dispatched on 21/7/20. But i have not got any tracking after that.

Said website is now not working and there is no way to contact

I have ordered a shirt from finifoxfashion.in for 345 inr on 15th of july and i prepaid for the product beforehand via credit card. It was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd of august but the website isn't even available anymore. Need refund!

I've ordered from finifox on 10th july and paid rs.1359. The payment was done via razopay. The product has not been delivered yet nor i'm able to track it.
Please help to get it refunded.

I ordered a shirt worth rs 345 on 20th july. Now the website is not working and also i'm not able to track my order. My order number is 43896

I had placed order on 16th july 2020 on online platform finifox fashion. I ordered 6 garments and paid rupees 2428 through razorpay.

I had received message that items will be delivered by 5th august but when i failed to receive my order i tried calling them but mobile number is switched off ([protected]) and their website is not working.

I need my money back. Please assist.
