I purchased a thomson 32inch smart android tv but from day 1 of installation i was very unsatisfied with it because it can't even starts and i made a replacement request but it been since 1 and a half month passed my tv was not replaced yet and the seller was such a nonsense one that he cancells the request five times till now......

I ordered Google pixel 6a from Flipkart through Vision star seller on 17th, it was supposed to be delivered on 19th july. we were contacting customer care each day. Order status was "out for delivery" since 21st.

However, there was no call / sms / email for delivery. All of a sudden today, I received a sms stating order cancelled by seller and it will be refunded by 02nd of aug without mentioning any reason.

My order not conform and my money are lose what's that

I brought a television from Flipkart, and i waited for installation guy till next day he visited and confirmed that television is faulty and screen is not coming, i applied for replacement but seller rejected my replacement request mentioned they have resolved the issue which they have not, this kind of fraud is increasing from Flipkart and their seller

I tried to buy a phone via UPI. I got a msg saying payment rejected. I then paid again for the transaction. 2 days later the UPI payment went through and I now have 2 high value phones. Its still unopened. I need to return 1 phone and get a refund...

This is RONAL DESAI from Goa.

I had orders Motorola G9 mobile from Flipkart ( vision star seller ) on 31st Oct 2020 and got delivered on 3rd Nov 2020.
With replacement policy of 7 days.
Order ID is - OD[protected]

While using this phone I found few issues with phone-
1. Camera performance issue.
2. Display issue - yellowish tint noticed and also brightness is very less, after switching off auto brightness also brightness used to get less after few seconds o[censored]nlocking the phone. Looked too much dull like a old android phone.

So I raised a return or replacement request on 9th nov 2020, so that I can order new phone or replacement could b done.

Return request was cancelled by Flipkart customer care after giving few troubleshooting, which could not solve my issue.

So i raised again return request.
Flipkart arranged technician visit from Jeeves. After few days Jeeves technician came and started giving his advice- saying never buy a phone online, u will face such issues n all. And finally gave his conclusion that it will not accepted for return or replacement. He took few photos and told me to call customer care.
He also cancelled my return request.

I next day again raised issue with technician visit.
Flipkart again raised issue and booked technician visit.

And this time Technician visit was not done...only fake updated.
I got msg of tech visit for 16th nov 2020 @2pm. No one came
Again today on 16th nov 2020 @7:06 pm got a msg saying tech visit arranged on 17th nov 2020 @ 3pm.
Suddenly got one more msg @8:21 pm that Service is completed from Jeeves...which is fake.
How come someone without visit can update like this?

I want Flipkart to check on this issue as soon as possible .

I’m with this issue for a long time, can’t use mobile also.

Now I don’t want all this drama of raising issue and closing issue, technician visits and fake updates Jeeves a fake company for technicians in Goa.

Accept my return and refund my money, take your mobile back.

I ordered realme c12 on Oct 16 5.56pm but it is showing that ordered only.Not showing any tracking information about the order...

A mobile sell was on 22 July 12 pm. I have ordered one, done payment within a minute. I have also got confirmation from the bank immediately. And then Flipkart was saying payment not yet confirmed from the bank. Then I made contact with the bank and they said payment is confirmed from their side. I called Flipkart customer care, he said payment received by the Flipkart but seller #Vision_Star didn't confirm it, but in 24 hours your order will get confirmed.
And now after 24 hours, they have canceled my order.
This is the so-called great service of Flipkart.
The mistake was not from my side not from my bank...
And even for the last 24 hours, they are blaming my bank State Bank of India by saying payment is not confirmed by your bank.

I bought this real me 5 on 4th of october it was delivered. And issue with this phone is the voice is not clear while calling and and is blur. So i request for like 3-4 times for replacement and refund of the product the this seller always denied my request. During replacement process the technician they send was saying ki refund nhi hota aur hua toh mere salary se katega aur tum yehi use kro.
But why man who are you to tell me!!?? Lekin all fault is of seller he providing faulty devices and not even giving good services for it.

Being a middle class girl i know a single rupee value in my life. I never thought this diwali would be black like this for me. I really need my money back because my dad has worked hard to earn each and every single penny and i took this phone from my savings he gave me each month and spend 10000 rupees like anything on this faulty device you gave.

Now my request is to take this device back and give me my money back please as i need them urgently to pay my fees and take this faulty device back.

I really need my money!!!

I ordered pocof1 0n 20th sep 2018. Colour got faded under power button, so i want to return. But seller has 1st exchange policy. But replacement product bad, its display was damaged, not booting and not charging, called custermore care to return, but seller denied request two times, saying that reason didn't match with policy. I didn't receive refund yet....

I ordered poco f1 128 twice in flipkart.
The first time i ordered the wishmaster i. E the seller denied the phone mentioning it had scratches at a nail size at back panel but all the functionality was good so when contacted flipkart customer care and sent videos and pictures of the exchange mobile and they apologized and confirmed in email that if i reorder the product again they will take the exchange mobile so i ordered poco f1 again...
