Not received my order and refund of the amount

I ordered a cake from flora sensation on 13th jun for Rs.549. But after making the payment I received a email says the order has got cancelled and the amount will get refund in 10-15 days.
It's been more than 15 days now. I've been sending them emails but not receiving any reverts of my mails from their end and there is no contact details in their website to talk with.
Please help me getting back my refund as it's my hard earned money.

Complaint marked as Resolved Why is it marked as resolved? I still have not received my amount.
[email protected] this is the mail ID from which I got mail n it's been more than 15 days I have not yet received the refund amount neither got any calls or mail regarding it.
