Please consumer act should response for this.There is an active fraud company running.By advertising the brand for marketing and delivering some cheap products and fake products in return

I order sony wireless head phone with sony wireless music earphone bt i got r pluss innovation with perfection head phone & i7 wireless music earphone v4.1+edr this head phone voice is very poor quality like a baby toy i don't like this product return your product and to money i don't like this product return my money i don't need other products...

I had ordered for bose wireless speaker and airpods but i received only non branded speaker, and when i tried to lodge a complaint on their website theirs no contact no. Fake products and fake company. I got it delivered on 12.3.2019 and paid 1799/- the website is frillmobile.com and the product came from loren store. All i know is this company and the master mind behind this planning who is cheating like this for just earning some money...

I have ordered combo wireless headsets for 1599 (Order no. Lw 18099) and just today received the delivery (By blue dart with tracking no. [protected]) which contains the wrong headsets & other items are missing. It will cost 200 in the market or may b 100. It's not as per the product is shown on the sales screen the product received to me is not the same.
And they have given the wrong address and number.
I received it today...

I ordered a jbl combo speaker but frillmobile delivers local speaker and no headset as well.
They provide very wrong and bad speaker.
Evenly they not provide any customer care number and the support email id is also not functioning.

They don't provide any other complaint details in their website.

I placed an order for bose soundlink wireless around-ear set costing rs 1899/- on 7th march, 2019 on frillmobile. I was supposed to receive 2 headphones:
1) bose soundlink wireless around-ear headphones with mic (Black)
2) bose sound sports free limited edition truly wireless headphones (Ultra violet)
Instead i have received one single faulty jbl headphone today on 10th march, 2019. My order number is 6037br...
