I purchased this lenovo zuk z1 mobile from amazon and I decided to return this mobile after one day use but amazon executive told that they don't accept return but only replacement. Have placed an order for lenovo A1000 white, dated 1st sep.
Received wrong product on 6th sep, lodged a complain on 7th sep, complain number 136066.
dropped a mail along with photographs of product received on 8th sep.
From 8th to 20th sep have called 8 times and dropped a mail multiple times, however all i get is wait for another 48 hr bla bla bla.
All employees of this company are un-professional.

I had purchased it dated 23 august 2016 and cancelled it that day. On next day it showed "the product has been cancelled" but now it again shows "cancelation requested". It had been a long time. Now i want my refund immediately or otherwise i will call the consumer court. Take this matter seriously.

Now we have requested for replace the from 28th Dec 2015 but company did not pick-up the phone till now. I have bought a xolo era hd and got network problem in it. so i move to the customer care and got DEO of the mobile set. and i called the gadgets360 customer care and shared the deo slip with them on 10th dec 2015, they told me that they will pickup the product in 3-4 days but 40 days have passed and no pickup is done for my set
all the time i call them they tell me to wait and they pick up it.
Please help me o it
